First instance I was amazed by the product. I have bought April20, after 3rd use stop working. For a £200 product, this is unacceptable.

this is a great idea in theory howver the product is made very very cheaply and certainly not what you would expect from n item costing close to £200 , the lever to open and close the compartment where you put your hair is made from a plastic material when it arrived it appears someting within that plastic has snapped off meaning you have to hold it shut in use instead which again is not what you expect from the cost of the product. Its a great idea but very poorly made.

Hair is a lot smoother after using Split Ender. I like it because it does not take too much off my hair which I’ve been trying to grow for ages after an accident with one of the hairdressers. Using it is simple- similar to using a hair straighteners- however- I feel it works best when someone else is doing it for us because of the ability to go over each strand and do the back of the head. Recommended frequency of use is very 4-6 weeks- I think every 6 weeks is enough for me. It is heavier than straighteners and requires getting used to using it but it’s a simple enough process. I feel the product is good quality but it could be cheaper in my opinion. Would recommend this product.

I had a lot of splits half way through my hair and my hair felt frizzy and rough even when I straightened it after using this my hair felt softer and smoother. It’s a bit tedious as you have to use small sections and for best results go over each section 3 times. But once it’s done your hair will feel better and be healthier. And for freelance or salon stylists this could be a added service as a slight up charge.

After 4 hours I have given up as this makes no real difference to split ends - it is quicker / easier to sit with hair scissors and cut each strand. Does it cut some hair off? Yes. Is it the split ends? No, barely at all. I washed, dried and straightened my hair to make sure I would get the best results possible. A lot of money for such a bad product.

Wasn’t sure if the split Ender pro 2 would make much of a difference. WOW just used for first time my hair looks and feels so good. Easy to use just put in small sections of hair. It really does work!!

This is a product well spent. Had my doubts due to some of the reviews but I’m glad I got it. It does exactly what it says on the tin. Took off my split ends and my hair felt great. Hopes it saves me money on raised hairdressing charges. Highly recommended!!!

Ausgangsituation: Zu aller Erst möchte ich noch betonen, dass dies eine subjektive Bewertung ist, da ich nur anhand meines Haartyps bewerten kann. Ich habe sehr langes (Mitte Rücken), lockiges, dickes Haar und äußerst (!) viel Haar. Ich habe mir entsprechend der Empfehlungen mein Haar gewaschen, alle Produkte gut ausgewaschen und glatt geföhnt (aber nicht gelättet, das zerstört lockiges Haar durch und durch). Zum glatt föhnen reicht bei mir ein GHD Aurora mit gerichtetem Luftstrom, ohne spezielle Bürste usw. Mein Haar ist normalerweise extrem gesund, allerdings leidet es immer sehr, wenn Arbeiten am Haus eredige und dabei Wandfarbe, Holzfarbe, lacke etc. an mein Haar kommen. Da ich während der Corona Zeit einiges erledigt hatte war mein Haar dann doch irgendwann sehr splissig und ich habe mir dieses Gerät bestellt. Anwendung: Man kann es problemlos ohne fremde HiIlfe verwenden, auch wenn es durch das Gewicht etwas unhandlich scheint. Kurz die Anleitung gelesen, um die "Richtungseinstellung" zu verstehen. Dann konnte ich schon loslogen. Das Gerät wirkt äußerst laut allerdings hat es mein Partner 2 Räume weiter nicht gehört, auch wenn ich persönlich das Gefühl hatte, dass es so laut wäre. Man sollte für das ganze viel Zeit reservieren, da man das Haar in kleine Strähnen unterteilen muss und diese bis zu 5(!) mal bearbeiten kann (was ich auch getan habe). Ich habe für meine Haare locker 45 Minuten benötigt. An die Haare über meinem Nacken kam ich nicht so gut heran, da mir das Abteilen, ohne mir mit dem Rest der Haare in die Quere zu kommen, schwer fiel. Das liegt aber an mir, nicht an dem Gerät. Sollte jemand allerdings Probleme haben, sich die Haare abzuteilen, so sollte sich diejenige/derjenige helfen lassen. Ergebnis: Da ich Erfahrung darin habe, meine Spitzen auch selbst zu schneiden, kann ich vorab sagen, dass dieses Gerät zielsicher nicht jedes Haar gekürzt hat, da es dafür viel zu wenig "Abfall" gab. Aber das Gerät hat überall, wo ich es ordentlich anwenden konnte jeglichen Spliss entfernt. Das Haar war wieder wunderbar kämmbar und nach der nächsten Haarwäsche hat es sich so gut gelockt, wie schon lange nicht mehr! Fazit: Wer sowieso regelmäßig zum Frisör geht, braucht dieses Gerät nicht, da der Friseur dies ohnehin erledigt. Auch wenn nur die Spitzen geschnitten werden, wird fast alles an Spliss mit abgeschnitten. Wer, so wie ich, 1x im Jahr oder am liebsten gar nicht zum Friseur geht, kann dies durchaus benutzen um das Haar regelmäßig zu bearbeiten und "gesund" zu schneiden. Dann rentiert sich die Anschaffung auch trotz des hohen Preises! Hat man womöglich noch eine Familie mit mehreren langhaarigen Personen, so rechnet sich das gute Stück sicher schnell, denn der Friseurbesuch ist ja auch nicht gerade billig.

io sono entusiasta :D mi sono decisa ad acquistarla titubante per il prezzo e indecisa sul prodotto e la qualità delle lame e del taglio pensando che se le lame non fossero state di qualità il capello potesse essere ulteriormente danneggiato. Non sono un'esperta e non ho mai portato i capelli troppo lunghi quindi con un bel taglio dal parrucchiere (che intendiamoci, non è rinunciabile comunque) risolvevo sempre tutto in maniera easy, relativamente al problema di lunghezze danneggiate e doppie punte. Ora in tempi di covid e di astinenza forzata dal parrucchiere per troppo tempo ho dovuto fare i conti con lunghezze mai viste almeno dalla mi testolina e con doppie punte a profusione (per non parlare degli effetti del cloro della piscina e del sole e del mare quando ho avuto modo di tornare a nuotare e trascorrere qualche giorno di ferie al mare), e neanche il tanto agognato parrucchiere in quel di maggio è riuscito a ridimensionare troppo la cosa. Ora essendomi affezionata ai capelli lughi, e volendo conquistare il mio record personale di capelli fino al fondoschiena (è una super sfida con me stessa adesso), ho deciso di fare di tutto per preservare la chioma. Questo strumento è assolutamente poderoso...nel giro di un'ora esagerando ho ridotto le doppie punte in maniera davvero importante. E' importante dire che le doppie punte non vengono eliminate completamente, specie dopo un solo utilizzo, anche con 3-6 passate per ciocca, e che il taglio dal parrucchiere è sempre e comunque irrinunciabile anche perchè la split ender pro interviene sulle puntine ma non rinfresca la forma del taglio che dopo mesi si stravolge abbastanza! Unico neo...............ripulire l'apparecchio dopo l'uso...............................una vera avventura che però alla fine, almeno per quello che mi riguarda vale comunque la pena affrontare, tenendo presente che non la userò quasi sicuramente più di una volta ogni due mesi e la fatica andrà ripetuta ogni tot senza troppa schiavitù. Per tutto il resto la stra consiglio, il risultato è immediato e soddisfacente e l'investimento comunque non esagerato se rapportato al numero di utilizzi nel tempo che si potrà effettuare e ai benefici sui capelli. io molto contenta XD
