my Rs.5000 down the drain
after plugging this device into my monitor (tried with both HDMI and VGA) on one end and my IPAD mini on the other. It shows this image on the monitor screen with a QR code, with very bad instructions. I somehow figure out what its trying to tell and scan the QR code from my ipad and manage to download an app. This app when opened asked me to select one of the 10 options which were shown as image tiles containing images of various types of connectors and barely visible device ID on them. I was being asked to chose one of them, so it could upgrade the firmware on the device and if I wont upgrade it wont work. Worst part among the 10 device numbers it showed, it didnt have the number that was shown on my monitor. There is no option to contact their support. I should have known better before ordering a china device with 1 five star global rating :(
