RENRANRING Resistance Bands for Working Out, Exercise Bands for Physical Therapy, Stretch, Recovery, Pilates, Rehab, Strength Training and Yoga Starter Set

The RENRANRING Resistance Bands set has a light, medium and heavy band and comes in a good quality drawstring bag with a good quality poster showing exercises to do with them. These are somewhat stronger bands than the one where I got physical therapy. I can do the same exercises, but they're also strong enough for non-PT exercises. My only complaint is the smell, which - while not that strong - isn't your regular rubber smell. I expect this odor will go away over time. These bands were an excellent deal, and I can't find anything to complain about. Great set, great price.

Stronger than the ones from the therapy center. These are thicker and more durable. Use the blue one every day. Doesn't stretch out and loose tension. Good product.

These are amazing. Long if you need them that way or the ability to cut them to make them shorter. Seem very sturdy and just the right thickness. Different resistance based on color. No strange smell like some things. They work great.

Yes these are perfect. My old ones and they were old just broke when I went to use them. Very easy to use for many different types of stretching and exercising . Good buy and good value

These bands are as advertised. The provide three options of tension so as you get stronger, you can try a harder one. I like that they include a drawstring bag in which to store them.

I've only used it three times so far, the lightest one, and I'm already worried it's not going to last long. It's losing its elasticity already! It's about 5 ft long I wish I can cut it in half I don't know if that's allowable. But I'll review it again after I've used it a few more times.

Excellent produit

Find it to be very useful. It is useful to exercise my leg to improve my glutes . Material is stretchable, no issues when handling it. Highly recommended for home use and good for self exercise.
