Great for comparing stats over time.
I have one of these on each of my 3 main racquets. I have stats going back almost a year. I have an iPhone and I have not had any trouble with the app, like others have said they experienced. My only complaint is that I wish it gave swing speeds in mph instead of km/h.

No software, useless
I tried to install the software for both the android and IOS. The android version said it was unsafe to download and the IOS version in the app store hadn't had updates since 2017. I could not register with the software, both versions telling me it couldn't connect to the sever. I can't use the item if I have no software. I read other reviews that said they couldn't get the software to work. Wish I had paid attention to the reviews and didn't waste my time with this. I would say stay away from this as tempting as the price seems, there is a reason it's so cheap, because it's not supported anymore.

Better Than I Originally Expected
I was prepared to write a negative review after hitting ten forehands and ten backhands on my Topspin Pro only to find the sensor record a total of ten volleys. I’ve tried it during two matches while also using my Babolat POP to compare the results. I know from experience that the POP gives reasonably accurate number of strokes. I was pleasantly surprised to see that this sensor recorded almost the same number of strokes as the POP. The speed of the strokes was fairly close too. (I tried the Coollang because the POP is not being sold anymore and it appears that Babolat is ending their support too. I want to have something to replace the POP if it stops working one of these days.) So I’ll continue using the Coollang.UPDATE: I found a way to attach the sensor that works reasonably well. I bought heavy duty, clear velcro like they use on EZ Pass transponders. Attached one side to the handles of my rackets and the other to the sensor. I've also had to glue the butt cap because sometime the sensor and butt cap come off. The sensor still works and produces numbers similar to the Babolat POP.UPDATE #2: My experiment with this sensor has ended. While my use of the Velcro fasteners kept the sensor from flying off the racket eventually the top of the sensor came off, exposing the electronic innards. Tried to glue the sensor back together but the glue wouldn't hold. As a result I've discontinued using the Coollang.

Look elsewhere for tennis tracking system
I bought this because Babolat has decided to no longer support the POP tennis tracker. The App for this sensor will not download with android phones. I was able to get it to load on my I-pad but this is kind of a P.I.T.A. to use a second device. Hopefully there is a fix soon but will not hold my breath. Also sensor holder is not big enough to fit on the end of any tennis racquet except maybe a child's one. And double sided tape to use on racquet to hold sensor makes it so you cannot install on multiple racquets. I will come up with a engineering fix to remedy this.

Meh
My wife got me for Christmas. Tried. Few times, but was not very impressed at its ability to stay connected or the data it provides. This item has a long way to go... the software/app is also horrendous. Good concept, but this was a waste of money. Next time I’ll just ask for some more socks...

Do not buy if you have an Android
I was really excited about this. It looks great so I ordered it. When it came in, I opened the manual and scanned the QR code for the app. It failed. I tried the one on the box and that failed too. I manually searched the store for the app and also the manufacturer. Nothing. Bottom line, this does not work with Android and seems like the company really doesn't care much about it actually working since they don't even have an app they link too.I started my return within 15 minutes of it being delivered.

The app doesn't work!
It looks like the app doesn't get support. You can't log in via Facebook, and the recovery password doesn't work. The sensor with the updated app is worthless. I'm disappointed and don't recommend this product.

Doesn’t work
I installed the sensor and played a few games where it logged less than 7 total strokes. I was excited about the product, but it simply doesn’t work in practice.
