Ice Crusher Blade .25 Pounds, Black

I purchased this on December 15, 2021. This morning October 15, 2023, the rubber blade gear on the underside shredded while making my morning smoothie. I’m not too upset, because this thing has worked great and never leaked for almost 2 years. The blades may be a dull now, but it still fully chopped frozen fruit just fine. After looking at others and their reviews, I’ve decide to order this one again, as I trust it. I wish they’d make the blade gear and the motor gear in a stainless steel, but whatever. The ONLY drawback I have found is, sometimes, if you load this thing up with frozen stuff, it will jam up the blades and they won’t spin. You’ll need to take the cup off, and shake it a bit to separate the frozen stuff, then try again. I have found, with my morning smoothie, to blend my liquids with half the frozen fruit. Then take off and add the other half of the frozen fruit and blend. Works perfect with no jamming. One 6oz can of Dole Pineapple/Mango juice. 4 oz lite coconut milk. 5-6 medium frozen strawberries. One frozen banana. Blend. Or use only 3-4 medium frozen strawberries, half a frozen banana, and a handful of frozen blueberries.

I drink health smoothies at least 5 times a week and after years of use, the gear thing on the bottom (not sure what it's called) broke. This replacement arrived quickly as expected and works as good as original.

The higher profile blade turns it into a great mini blender. Breaks down berries and nuts plus mixes contents quickly. Not like a vitamix but decent.

This blade works good, the ice cubes get stuck due to the blades being larger then the OEM.

Lost my other blade this one was sharp sturdy and always a great value

Blade doesn't work at all - the rubber grips on the bottom that the motor connects into is defective in some way, because every time we try to use it, the motor starts spinning independently of the blade and tearing up the rubber into a fine dust. Unfortunately I'm not the primary user in the household, so I didn't discover this problem until after the 30-day return window. Had to just throw the whole blade away. Absolutely terrible.

As expected

We bought this 18 months ago and used it daily for protein shakes with ice in them. Unlike the originals, there are no chunks left behind! The plastic gave way recently and I was so sad to not be able to replace it with the same thing. The one I bought leaves chunks of ice just like the original. I don’t mind replacing periodically. Please bring these back!
