This headset is really great! I got lots of calls in my desk phone for the day. My colleague advised me to use a headset instead of handset. I searched and bought this double ears headset. It worked well with my Cisco IP phone. It’s really perfect for me to concentrate my works not to be interrupted from others since I started to use this headset. More light-weight than expected when wearing and good comfort for long hours. Especially, it does not too much tighten my both ears. Clear sound quality and No issues on the microphone sound from the other party. No static and background noise. Love it! Strongly recommend this headset for purchase!.

I have been using the headset at works as I got most orders from customer's calling. I always seek a good qualtiy headset as an important device. I used Plantronics single ear headset just before and changed it into duo ear headset at this time. It's worked instantly to connect into my Cisco IP phone. Easy fit and comfortable to wear. Looked solid construction but smooth swivel and click-stop adustment for user's convenience. Sound quality is loud and very clear. the microphone seemed worked very well. No complaints from my customers. I prefer leather cushion but it's foam cushion. However, foam cushion quality is fine. Another spare one is nice. I love this dual headset not to disturbed from hearing others when I receive a call.

This is a great headset very clear and loud hearing people talk to me and I wear hearing aids. Have not had a single person tell me they can't hear me. I work with a bunch of guys that tend to talk loud to each other when they are not on the phone and I still can hear my customers talk even when they use their speaker to talk to me. Have tried other brands of headsets and these are by far the best I have came across. Very lightweight and comfortable to wear for eight hours a day the Mic holds in the position that I like .you can adjust the ear phones to fit very comfortable to you head. I like that you can disconnect the line to walk away if you need a break or have find go find something you can keep wearing your headset I am giving this 4 stars because the only minor things are no inline volume control you have to use volume on the phone and sometimes the cord gets tangled up around the coiled part of the line again it's a minor issue to me or I would give it give 5 stars.

I like this duo ear headset to concentrate on my works. Worked well when plugged in my CISCO IP phone. This headset is not too heavy than expected. Clear sound quality. Very comfortable in wearing. So far so good!

Liked the headset comfort but people on the other end continually complain that they cannot hear me. I have tried moving the mic closer to my mouth but still people complain. Absolute worst headset I have ever had and sorry that I spent money on it.

Product works great. Nice. Easy to use. Good quality sound. Able to clearly hear. Mic quality is good.Minor issue is there is no control button to increase and decrease volume on the product. Everytime to adjust the volume , I have to use the computer or phone device to increase or decrease the volumne

not worth 70, go buy the 25 dollar one they work the same

It’s a great headset. I used a headset as I got a lot of calls to my desk phone. My key selection point is very comfortable fit or not when wearing for several hours. That’s because I often experienced some pains for long time use and it really irritated me. I did not feel this kind of pains in this headset when I wear this headset. It’s a nice idea to cover the metal band with tube not to give cold feeling on the head. I’m happy with receiving sound quality and Noise cancelling microphone. All the functions are properly worked.

会社が用意してくれたヘッドセットが片耳タイプだったので、使いづらくて受話器を使っていましたが、この度両耳タイプを購入。うちは特に指示なく一人で黙々と架電するので両耳が使いやすい。音質テストしたところ、相手にとっても綺麗に自分の声が届いてる様子でとても気に入りました。早く使えばよかったです。
