Good EPA-DHA ratio
I like the dosage and the ratio of EPA-DHA in these supplements and Jarrow is a trusted brand. When you open the pill bottle there is a pleasant smell unlike a lot of other brands and the taste is good. Fish oil is always in my supplement mix and essential if you don’t eat a lot of fatty fish or you eat a lot of Omega 6’s and these are my new go to fish oil brand!

These are excellent ratio of EPA-dha . I have been using these for several years, and will continue doing so.

I like these pills.
My brother - in - law, a pharmacist, swears by these. He claims that he has seen a significant improvement in his cholesterol. It's too early for me to say I've seen a similar improvement, but I HAVE seen some improvement in my blood glucose levels. My wife also says she believes that she has seen improvement in her knee joints and in flexibility.Let's be honest though, ANY fish oil supplement will likely do the same thing. The reason I like these supplements is that there is no fishy aftertaste and no fishy smelly belching. I like fish to taste as much like the cardboard box it was shipped in as possible. These meet my taste and smell requirements. I will be buying them again.
