PROSmartHeated Vest Polar Fleece Lightweight Waistcoat with USB Battery Pack for Men and Women (Unisex)

Came complete with battery pack and charger. I"m using it while bow hunting. Used it twice now. The first time, I put it over a hoodie and underneath a light hunting jacket. It was breezy and 38°. I had it on high and used up most of the battery in an afternoon sitting. Today, same elements, I put it on top of my base layer, then the hoodie and jacket. Worked much better, had it on low and it kept me warm all morning. Much more battery life left as well. They run small in size. I ordered the size by my weight which is 2 sizes larger than what I normally wear and it fits just right.

This is my second prosmart vest. The fact that is comes with a usb pack and is compatible with every other usb a battery makes this a tremendous value. Last year I bought a 2xl because the ad said they run small. This year I bought an xl because the 2xl was too big. I find myself fitting in larges but usually buying xl in most clothing. Any heated vest should be just over your base layer. I find these vests so comfy that I often wear them all day. I drive an older car so this makes me feel almost like I have a heated seat that I get to take with me. I work all day outside on wind turbines. Though I can’t wear this for electrical work due to it’s synthetic fibers, I climb in it and work most of the day in it. Even wearing it under my harness. I recommend it because it seeming has not broken down at all over a year of me wearing it almost every day of the winter.

This unisex vest fits appropriately and layers nicely under a sweater or light jacket.The battery location is about where it should be and not too obtrusive.What's nice about this vest is that the battery can be removed and used for a power restore to your phone, etc, so this vest is a bit more than just a warm-up device. Half the time, I just use the included battery while on the road.The heating elements are OK. I wouldn't drop a star off for them since they are wires for heating after all. And the vest is rather thin, so you may feel the wires a bit.You shouldn't expect this vest to replace your in house heating or lower your electric bill. This vest is really more for keeping the chill off and less a "wow, I have to take the vest off because it's made me so hot..." That won't happen.

As was suggested - ordered one size larger than normal - fit perfect ! Price was amazing for features and heat is just right for under an overcoat it was single digits today in Maine and had to turn heat off walking around

I like how item fits perfect. Very light and warm. Has heating pads on back that get warm within about 5-10 min. Wish product had heating pads on front. Battery pack is hidden and holds charge for a long period of time. Unknown exactly how long but useed on high for 3 hours and still was at 75%. A little heavy on the left side where batt pack is but I expect would expect that. Overall nice jacket to wear golfinf, fishing and riding motorcycles in cool weather.

This vest is nice i use it for hunting season to put under my jacket and not layer as much. it work nice I like the little pocket inside the jacket for the battery. It warms only the back but it does get warm and fast its fleece so its soft and its quiet. I do also where it just around the house because its nice to have a little extra warmth during the winter. SIZE was medium for me about 5'6 and 130lbs fits amazing larger was to big for me so I gave to my dad.

Ordered this for my husband because he takes blood thinners and is always freezing. When he works from home, he has been wearing it the past few day’s and absolutely loves it.It will be nice for him to wear on cooler days for walks too.

A well deserved gift, for a friend whom works outside. He went to an ice sculpture event, that provides jackets. Usually he freezes by the end of it, but not this year. He's also a big fan of the Tron movies, so the power button was a bonus.

This product arrived swiftly, in it's original box. The body warmer is quality, with excellent stitching, thick fleece padding, and functional zips that don't catch or stick.I use this body warmer for cycling in temps below 7°c, and at work in the fridge and freezer. The body warmer alone provides an extremely high level of warmth. When using the heat settings, placing the jacket on the highest temp, you feel the warmth within 2-3 minutes, and need to turn it down after 5, it's that warm! Even using it in the fridge or freezer at work, with suitable layering, there is little need to do any more than a quick boost at the highest temp, and then a reduction to the medium setting will provide you with a comfortable level of warmth.My only minor complaint about the jacket, is that when it is unzipped, the weight of the battery unbalances the jacket on the shoulders slightly. This can be rectified by placing your phone in the opposite side pocket.

I waded through hours of reviews on loads of different heated jackets and gilets before finally deciding on this one. It was a great choice!I decided a gilet would make sense as it can be worn under a coat in the winter and on its own on those slightly chilly summer evenings in the UK.The good thing about the gilet, or vest as they call it, is that it hugs your body so you feel the warmth of the heated panels within a few seconds of turning it on. I imagine with a slightly baggy coat that you’d be waiting a while to feel the effects of the warming.The battery lasts easily long enough for an evening of outdoor entertainment at the high power setting and I’d imagine at the lower power setting it would last all day, but I’ll have to wait for the winter to see.The battery connection is a standard USB one so if you want to purchase a spare battery you can do with no problem (I understand a lot of heated coats/gilets have a non standard connector, which is crazy). The battery is great as it has 4 lights (leds) that indicate it’s available charge, something that for some reason isn’t mentioned anywhere in the Amazon entry.Regarding size; this was so confusing with a mass of conflicting information.This was my experience. I’m relatively slim and normally take a medium to large in shirts, t-shirts, jackets etc. however, when I followed the advice in the reviews to err towards a bigger size and bought a large, it was too big. I exchanged it for a medium and it fits perfectly. In my opinion if the fit isn’t snug you’ll have to wait for longer to feel the warmth from the heated areas and the styling suits a closer fit anyway.In summary, I love this jacket and it was an absolute life saver earlier in 2021 when you could only eat outdoors at a restaurant and on through the spring/summer when outdoor gatherings were still the norm. It’s great for taking the chill off while walking the dogs on those slightly chilly summer evenings and will be awesome come the winter. I liked it so much I bought my wife one for her birthday.

Purchased by my wife on 10/11/20 as a Christmas present. I was dubious that a battery would be able to provide enough heat however my fears were unjustified. It has 3 settings with the heat applied to the small of the back. I used it throughout the winter, working in a semi-sedentary job in an unheated building in the UK. Matched with the appropriate clothing I had no issues, with the battery lasting for hours.Unfortunately on the 24/04/21 I began to have connection issues. I emailed the company, received a reply after a few HOURS and after some clarification of the fault received a replacement in a little under 4 days from my first contact with them! I would happily buy more products from this company, it is just a shame that other companies do not respond so quickly or helpfully.I have noticed in some reviews complaints about turning on for a short time then going off. Be aware it has 3 settings, on initially turning on (hold for 3 secs) it starts iff hot but then automatically goes to a lower setting, simply cycle through the settings with short presses of the power button. Do contact the company Re any problems, they really are excellent.

This was good when it worked. I bought it for my husband who has difficulty staying warm. I also bought a spare battery for it - at vast cost. This morning, despite having a fully charged battery it would not turn on - so it is being returned. I have ordered another as I do have a spare battery, and it was good when it worked. If the replacement turns out to be equally unreliable the whole lot will be returned.

I use this item when going to the football. Works very well but using on full power the battery dies just after half time! I take a spare phone charger battery I have and that keeps it going. The heating eliment just runs through the back of the jacket, I did think it would be all around. The battery that comes with this jacket is very good quality. I have in the past used it to charge my phone when out working. In breif on low you will get around 6 hours, medium 5 hours and high 4 hours. Good product and worth the money.
