Overall health is very important to me so I take Natures Truth Super 6 Mushroom complex.

I think maybe the reason why so many people feel they aren't getting anything out of these is that the dosage is half what it normally is with other supplements. You take 1g pill instead of two pills = 2g.I'm actually the opposite. I didn't feel like I was getting a huge payoff by taking the heavier/more expensive mushroom complex supplements, so I decided to try reducing them to see what happens... and purchased these.So far, there's no discernable difference. But mind you, I just take these as something extra in the first place... I have never found them effective for treating anything and take them alongside other supplements that DO treat stuff. Supplements largely tend to be hit or miss depending on what your body needs.They are definitely smaller than other mushroom complex pills, so I imagine they would be better for someone that has trouble swallowing larger pills. The formula inside is dark brown and smells strongly of matured Chaga (I just recognize that one because it's a distinctive, pungent odor).If you're having trouble with the recommended dosage, I would highly recommend trying two before giving up. You most certainly will not be risking any form of overdose.

Not saying these don't work at all, but having switched to a different brand with similar content/dosage i can say these aren't as good as rs.

Great combination of medicinal fungi extracts, which are more effective than non-extract powders, at a reasonable cost. They also have a pleasant taste, so can be used as a tea without needing to sweeten it to hide an unpleasant taste.

This stuff is fantastic. My mental clarity is really good, My skin is now soft and hydrated. I would recommend it for everyone ❤️

I suffer from undiagnosed lung issues with breathing. Ive been told I have asthma but I feel it’s way more then that. I overly produce mucus. I took this from a person recommendation and there is no day that I don’t take it. It makes a HUGE difference. I’ve been able breath significantly better from a simple vitamin. It don’t taste the greatest but it works better then any perception medication. I highly highly highly recommend. Natural and I use it everyday. Can’t imagine my life without it now.
