This is exactly what I needed for my work phone, converting a headphone type style into something more practical. Comes with 3 sizes of hooks for around the ear and 3 different size bud going inside the ear. Very customizable and easy to remove and replace.

I work in a call center so in on the phone all day everyday at work. These hurt your ears so much. There is one universal size to fit everyone's ears so they don't fit right

Just what I needed. I take my earpiece on and off throughout the day and those little clear rubber ear pieces are hard to find when they fall!
