Consew Industrial Sewing Machine Needle Positioner and Synchronizer - for Precise Control Fits Brushless Servo Motors

This synchronizer was a total game changer on my Consew 206RB-5! It was a little funky to install, but every machine setup is different. The hardware you're given is basically just so you can make something work. I don't think there's really a dedicated "install kit" so do whatever works & you'll be good. As long as it doesn't interfere with your bobbin winder or anything else, it's fine. Having the ability to end my stitching needle down (or up, if that's your jam) and pivot my work is so rad! It makes sewing things like Velcro tabs a snap! One thing, though: you DO need a servo motor, AND it has to be a DIGITAL servo motor. That's a little tidbit I didn't know until I got the synchronizer and read the instructions, but thankfully I bought a digital servo motor to replace my Family brand non-digital servo at the same time I bought this.

Purchased a Consew one horse motor and synchronizer from Global industrial supplies. The needle synchronizer does not work properly. Sent pictures and description of the problem. Global tech "support" keeps giving me the run around with no resolved issues. Listing says the item is a Consew CSM 3000, But the product description says it is a CSM 1000. The motor came with no tags or markings to verify the model. Needle synchronizer came the same way. Do not buy anything from global industrial supplies.

Did not fit my machine despite being listed as compatible. Be sure to check it will work for your machine before the return window.

It works well and was easy to set up. I ordered this for my TeckSew 2750 (Juki LS-341 clone) industrial cylinder arm sewing machine and was able to attach to my machine and connect it to my servo motor without any problems. The best part was that the programming of my SS-1121 servo was just as easy to set up as the needle positioning system was to attach.

I have purchased two of these now. One for a Juki lu-563 and one for a Seiko CW-8B-1. I absolutely love them. They make sewing some much more convenient. I set mine up to always stop needle down so turns can be made with out touching the wheel and a quick back tap on the pedal lifts the needle for material removal. While these are amazing they are in no way plug and play nor do they include any instructions. For the Juki I had to make a custom mount as the machine has no hole for the threaded rod. For the Seiko the included bolts wouldn't fit in the wheel so I had to find one that was properly threaded and again had to create custom mounting. Getting the needle position stoping points are a matter of trial and error so be ready to fiddle with it to dial it in. Though it may not be plug and play it definitely is set it and forget it. I highly recommend this product for it's intended use but be prepared to do some engineering especially if you have an older machine.

Didn't work and is not the positioner pictured. The good positioner has metal parts , not plastic. Sent it back.

Was able to mount it up following instructions I found on YouTube. I had trouble figuring out how to program it (set the position). After some time searching I found the procedure. 1) Put needle in desired position (Up or Down). 2) Rotate the white collar (piece that has set screws) until the light is lit on the sensor. 3) tighten set screws on the sensor. 4) Select needle position on controller dn or UP. once its selected it will work. If selecting dn position make sure the bobbin hook is engaged with the upper thread when setting it to prevent skipping a stitch when rotating the work. Other than that Excellent buy and makes the machine easier to use.

Perfect fit for my Consew P1541s-CC. Works perfectly with the Reliable SewQuiet 6000SM

This works well and is easy to install (though I did need to drill and tap a hole in the sewing machine). When I first installed it I had issues with the sewing machine rolling past the stop point. When I had a tune up, the repair guy said that this can be an issue with walking foot machines since they have more drag in the mechanism. After the tune-up it worked fine and it feels like a whole new machine.
