Effective, unobtrusive and stylish
Very effective for quickly taking that morning chill off the air in the conservatory first thing. Still getting to grips with auto settings but overall very impressed ....

Keeps the room warm and doesn't cost too much to run. Great heater!
Really good and efficient heater!. This is the second one of these I have bought. The first worked great in a small room and I was sceptical about how well it would heat a larger room. The heater warmed up the master bedroom in about half an hour and it stays warm all day. I have a smart meter which monitors our electric usage and this heater hasn't increased our bills much at all. Would definitely recommend 👌

My Conservatory is very cold in winter,despite already having a plug in heater it was still very cold.We decided that this heater looked as if it would cope better and it certainly did.It was very easy to install, however not so easy to set the timer, date and the controls, could be our age of course Lol.

Timer does not work! No customer care!
I bought two of these heaters ready for winter. I found the wall mounting brackets very poor quality. The setting of the timer functions is tedious and time consuming. I have tried five times now to set the timers and so far they have not functioned. I have contacted Devola twice now and have had no response to my request for better instructions. So, overall a poor product and non existent customer service. DO NOT BUY!!

Excellent product
Excellent product, removed packaging, plugged in and turned on. Set temp too 18c and I have left it on , once it gets too temp its shuts down but when temp drops below switches itself back on . No need too mess around with the dates and times . So easy .

At your own risk
Wouldn’t turn on despite following manufacturers instructions over and over. Then randomly turned on at the complete wrong time, returned to sender (which I had to pay for) and not instead of issuing a refund the sellers ignored all my attempts to contact. Been weeks now

Quality product with good heat output
Purchased this for the conservatory (4m x 3m) to replace an existing failed Dimplex unit. Very quiet in operation compated to the previous one especially when the thermostat clicks in/out. Heat output is very good only taking around 15 mins to warm through a cold room. Aesthetically its much more pleasing than the current heater. Wasnt so keen on the mounting aspect. Clips that hold the unit to the wall were fiddly. Cant comment on the programming features as just use it on/off as required. Overall very pleased with the unit.

Don’t buy
This item came delivered with a large hole in the packaging! Worked for 2 weeks and then shut off and no longer works !!! Faulty item, left with no heat in room in middle of winter. Large item to return as well. Will no longer trust buying these products.
