What a relief!
My daughter has extremely high energy and trouble settling down to fall asleep. I’ve tried quiet time for an hour before bed. Reading several books and nighttime baths. None of these things were able to get her to relax. With the help of these gummies I am able to give her one 30 minutes before bed time and then finish the routine. She actually yawns and settles into bed willingly after the melatonin starts to work. They are a real life saver. She sleeps better, and longer and doesn’t seem as manic as the night a approaches. These are a must if you have a high energy little one who needs to get to sleep so you can too. A+

Kids like them, and they work
My kids are very, very sensitive to melatonin. It works very well on them, but it I give them too strong of a dose they have horrible nightmares. I had read somewhere that the physiologic dose of melatonin to help an adult sleep is 1 mg, and a sedative dose it more (e.g. 3 mg). For myself I only take 1 mg from time to time, so I naturally don't want to overdose my kids (ages 6 and 11) when we needed it. I used to buy 3 mg chewable melatonin tablets and try to cut them into 0.5 mg "chips." I would cut them in half, then the half into thirds. It was difficult and sometimes the tablets would be too big (causing bad dreams). These gummies solved all of these problems. I can easily cut one in half (slightly off center so that the younger child gets the smaller half) giving them the right dose. The kids like the flavor (they complain that they are a little chalky) but overall they don't seem to mind. I am really happy with these gummies and recommend them.

very low dosage works on my toddler
I have been giving this to my 3.5 year old son for a few months now. It used to take him 45-60 to fall asleep at night (tossing and turning a lot). I give him only ONE DROPLET of this stuff about 15mins before bed to help settle him and now he's asleep in 15-20 mins. I use way less than the recommendation on the bottle, which is 10 droplets (1 mg). Just be aware the label on the dropper measure in ML, but dosage recommendations come in MG. If trying this on a child I would start with one droplet at a time to see what the best dosage is.

Great for grumpy toddlers
I got these gummies for my 3 yr old and 1 year old. My 1 year old requires 4 gummies every few hours to get through the night. She will fall asleep in less than 30 minutes, but still not sleeping all night... but I gave this 4 stars because my 3 year old takes 2 and is sleep in 30 min and down till sunlight. My youngest is probably a rarity considering she has never slept through the night and is breastfeeding. But i wanted my review to be honest in case someone else is looking at this because they haven't had a full night's sleep since the baby was born

Perfect
My son is incredibly active. He doesn’t stop moving. He doesn’t know how to walk, only run everywhere. He’s very energetic. We love him that way. But when it comes to bed time he becomes a nightmare and tries to stay awake. We started giving him these. Only a 1/3-1/2 of one about 30 minutes before bed and it has helped so much. He’s mostly sweet now and doesn’t try to fight it. He’s not hooked on them either as we don’t give them to him every night. We actually started giving him these because he decided to refuse taking naps at daycare and that made him basically be awake for almost 14 hours without sleep.

Work really well and natural
My daughter (4) has trouble sleeping and we’ve been using melatonin gummies for last month - the ones we previously used were covered in sugar so I was looking for a replacement that was a bit healthier. These give the same 1mg of melatonin per gummie and she likes the taste. She naturally falls gently to sleep around an hour after taking and helps her get a full 10-12 hours. She wakes as normal with no drowsy side effects so I’d recommend.

CAREFUL! Anticoagulant/bloody noses
I loved this product for eight months. It worked like magic for me and my toddler. But I was using it every night for months, rather than as recommended sparingly as needed. I was only using about a half gummy for myself and a tiny sliver of one for my child. THEN... one night I awoke in the middle of the night with a bloody nose, and the bleeding would not stop for 45 minutes. It was AWFUL. I was gagging and couldn’t breathe. Then it happened again just 2 nights later and took another hour to stop. I went to urgent care and the doctor could see where the bleed was and it was superficial and should have stopped easily in ten minutes normally. I was so scared. My mind was racing, what could this be from. Then I googled “melatonin and bloody noses” and I got a lot of results that said melatonin had anticoagulant properties. YIKES! I immediately discontinued use. I do love this product and might recommend it for very short term use maybe for jet lag or brief anxiety issues like bed transitioning, but please please be cautious and know that if you or your kid gets uncontrollable nosebleeds, THIS could be why!!!

Get a funny stomach reaction
I bought to try it first before giving to my 5 year old child Sometimes I have trouble falling asleep so it won’t hurt trying myself . The berry taste isn’t bad. Ok to me. But My stomach can’t take it somehow. Just one gummy I had spinning and upset stomach for an hour before bedtime Not hurtful or painful but spinning and discomfort. I am healthy and don’t have food allergies of any kind. So I felt weird for that reaction. Then I tried again a few consecutive nights it turned out the same reaction I decided to give up. While I read many good reviews here I concluded it can be just me being sensitive to its ingredients. Of course I didn’t risk giving it to my child Good thing is it’s cheap it won’t hurt your wallet at least when you toss the whole bottle My only advice for parents is try taste it first before giving to their child
