I'm The Big Sister T-Shirt Gift - New Big Sister Gift Idea!

I liked this tshirt, but didn't love it. For one, it could have used shorter and cuter sleeves, like little cap sleeves. Also, the sizing is pretty big, even after washing. I have a huge 2 year old, almost 3 year old, who frequently wears up to 5t shirts at places like Gymboree, Old Navy, Target, etc. and child small (4/6) has been fitting her well for items with that type of sizing. Not so here. She was swimming in the 4/6. It was wearable, but not cute and clearly too big. So sizing here is pretty generous.

I want to love this shirt - the picture is very cute and any girl would love to wear this, however, there is a Website address across the front! In the Amazon photo you barely notice it, and it is shown a bit fuzzy, but in person the "GeniusBabies.com" logo is very distinct and distracting. It does not look like a gift, but rather a free shirt from some sort of company event. Cute idea but sadly, it has to go back as I spent too much on something that looks like a promotional product.I ordered the Youth Size 2/4 and the shirt is about a Toddler size 4.

I bought this for my daughter as a present before the birth of her sister. We had a Big Sister party for her two weeks before my due date and gave her sister-themed presents such as this t-shirt, Fujifilm Quicksnap Flash 400 Single-Use Camera With Flash (2 Pack) and My New Baby And Me: A First Year Record Book For Big Brothers And Sisters.The big day came early in the morning and my daughter woke after hearing us get ready for the hospital. When I told her that Daddy was taking me to the hospital because the baby was on the way, she cried and held on to me and did not want to let go. My heart immediately broke.Much to my delight, she immediately stopped crying after I told her that I set out the Big Sister t-shirt for her to wear to school and when she visited the hospital. She had gone from scared to excited because she loved the shirt and had tried it on every day since receiving it.The attention she was given while wearing the shirt was wonderful. The hospital staff made her a special bracelet that said "Big Sister," and she informed me that many people at school, the grocery store and the hospital congratulated her and made a fuss over the fact that she was a big sister.The quality of the shirt has been great. The shirt is over a year old and she has worn it numerous times with very little fading. To prevent fading, I turn the shirt inside out before washing on gentle cycle in cold water.

My little girl is so excited to be a Big Sister! Now, she's even MORE excited she gets to wear this shirt to the hospital when the baby comes!!!!! It fits her with room to spare, has vibrant colors and has been washed and still looks great. The other users who are complaining about the website being too "noticeable" on this shirt CLEARLY have too much time on their hands (or too-good of eyesight)! The site is small, not a bother, and tastefully done so as not to take away from the logo. Very pleased with my purchase. If you're second guessing this, DON'T! It's great :)

Grand daughter enjoyed the T-shirt and the quality was outstanding. Grand-daughter is just 2 1/2 and the t-shirt was slightly big. We all agreed it makes for a t-shirt that will around for a long time. Mom was very pleased that her daughter would be able to use it for her for showing off baby brother! Anna D. Rinehart

Our daughter loved this shirt. She is 3 1/2 and usually wears a size 4t so we went with the little bit bigger size for ages 4-7. It is really big on her!! But it is nice because now she can wear it for longer. It does shrink slightly after washing, but otherwise it is perfect.

My daughter wore this to the hospital to see her brother being born. She was as proud a s a peacock strutting around in this thing!! The best is that I put it in a box with the other "Big Sister" items and gave it to her as a gift. That was how she found out of the new title coming her way!

T-shirt comes in generalized sizes so it's not a perfect fit - this was a little large. She's five years old and this was size small. Otherwise, it's a nice t-shirt and fulfilled it's purpose in helping my daughter feel special about her new baby brother.
