I gave this to my better four fifths for his birthday and after he had taken about fifteen minutes trying to put the three pieces of wood together for the base, I took it off him and did it straight away!The moon is quite bright at it lightest and on an evening is the only light we put on. Although there are lots of colours to choose from, to light it up, he has chosen the most natural moon colour. This is a lovely light, I went with a 6 inch version, which is very sturdy in its base, not an accurate depiction of the moon, but still looks great. Value for money I would say, and so would my better four fifths, if he knew what it cost. 😆

I had a power outage and used this an an emergency light. It is very useful for this, and will remain charged for some time between uses. It stays very bright for a few hours and then starts to go dimmer, but usually that is enough time to do whatever you need. It is also very easy to plug in and charge during the day. The benefit of using the moon lamp over candles is that it will not cause anything to catch fire, and you can hang, roll or position it anywhere as it is cold to the touch when it is on, and you can carry it about inside or out like a portable light bulb, and you can safely leave it unattended (unlike a candle).It is not as bright as a normal lamp (more like emergency lighting) but you can still read mid to large text if you need to. I would say that the 'warmer' shade is actually an orange colour and not cream as shown in the photos. In addition to being a useful lamp, it is also an interesting object in its own right.

Only received this today, so can't comment on its longevity! But it charged up quickly, the wooden base was easy to put together, and it looks great! I am really pleased. I mainly wanted it for my lounge windowsill, to give a bit of a glow and a bit of interest after I've removed the Christmas candle bridge, but I may relocate it elsewhere because it looks so good :)Addition: Have now been using for several days and rather disappointed that even on full charge, it is only illuminated for approx. 4 hours. I had hoped for more. But still beautiful.

Its a very high quality lamp, very "moon like". Sturdy stand and feels like a very high quality product overall. The remote has lots of colour options and it feels like a very expensive product with what you get inside. My only complaint would be that the battery life isn't very long, it doesn't work whilst it is plugged in and therefore you end up unplugging/plugging it in a lot.

We use this as a nightlight and its fantastic. Be careful dont get the remote wet. Mine accidentally touched a very small amount of water and broke but that was my fault

Upon initial delivery of my moon lamp I charged it up and was excited to use it.The lamp worked fine but only on the touch control, the remote was not working.When I contacted the seller they where very quick to reply and help me.They sent a replacement out ASAP.This time the remote worked perfectly and the lamp is just wonderful.Im really happy with my purchase and really happy with the customer service from this company.

We liked the earth globe so much that we have now ordered 2 more - the moon and also the planets.3 of my grandchildren loved these orbs, and wanted them too. They love the changing LED lights and remote control. They all love the fact that the orb can be disconnected and used independently of the power supply as a safe light in bed and one got used at Halloween and provided many hours of light.The option for a dull night light glow is also helpful. .This LED Lamp is a good size and is a great night light, thanks to the 10 increments from bright to dim provided by the remote control. The wooden stand is a modern design and enhances the planet lamp, which in its self, provides a talking point and is an attractive curio. It is appealing to both adults and kids and will definitely be noticed

Looks great just sitting there lit up but each time I’ve turned it off/on it’s taken far to much time to tap in just the right spot , and it is in no way anchored to the small wooden frame supplied so each tap usually knocks it off the wooden frame (seriously frustrating) certainly no use if you want to light your way say in middle of night. Buyers would do better to see it as an ornament of sorts .
