Great version of Dijon. Very useful in many ways.
Very interesting and useful Dijon mustard. I use it very regularly to liven up flaky white fish. This along with the Green Peppercorn version are my favorite mustards.

Elevates everything!
This stuff is DELICIOUS! It really elevates a tuna salad, that's for sure. I add a teaspoon of this to two cans of tuna, celery, onion, and a tablespoon of mayo and it makes a really lovely salad. I also use it with chicken and shrimp dishes. Excellent!

Great Mustard
One of my favorite mustards along with horseradish mustard. It has a strong herbal tangy taste and not for the lighthearted.

WOW! Fantastic Mustards -- Just Love Them!!!
Edmond Fallot mustards are simply the best. Several years ago, my wife and I discovered this terrific product during our travels throughout France. We were very pleased to find this excellent mustard in specialty shops in America... and now on Amazon. The several flavors available are all marvelous -- a rich and elegant taste and texture with a wonderfully clean finish. All of these mustards are beautifully made and add a welcome lift to a variety of dishes and cuisines (it is difficult to pick a favorite flavor). There are a few high-end mustards available in this country and some are quite good. However, the Edmond Fallot product is rather special and brings back many fond memories of France. These yummy mustards put a smile on our faces every time. Try them yourself... you'll be glad you did.

I had actually ordered the Tarragon Dijon Mustard, but it is not a returnable item.
It is a tangy mustard with a mild bite.

I don't know how I expected this to taste
And I'm still not sure how to describe the taste. What I do know is that this is a perfect condiment to add to something that tastes like it needs "something". Today's use was to add it (plus Country Mustard) to an egg salad I'm making (fry 2-3 broken-yolk-eggs at a time in a small pan with olive oil, let cool, chop the flat and crunchy eggs and start the add-ins with two mustards, mayo, salt & pepper). I also make a lot of "veggie stews" with fresh or frozen veg, a protein, broth or cream cheese to make it silky and a selection of items from my spice shelves. You wouldn't think those combos would need anything more, but they often do. This mustard solves that problem without the added salt of tamari, fish sauce, etc. You will probably have other uses, and I urge you to just grab your jar of this mustard. It can add oomph to any savory dish.
