I bought this book to help me start up a medical aesthetic practice up again. Moving back to a city that I have not lived in for 20 years' it was like starting over. HIs book's advice put in words what I had been doing in the past but not really accessing it on a conscience level. This being my last hurrah; I will be more consciense of giving people the emotion and experience that will allow them to solve their problems , hence re-establish a successful practice.

If you feel like you're stuck in a rut, working harder but not smarter, and dealing with the same problems all the time, take a few hours to read and absorb the concepts in this book. As you start to apply the basic blueprint to your business, you will be pleasantly surprised by the wealth of knowledge that you've gained during those few hours. This book is a great resource that pulls lessons from disparate fields that you will find yourself coming back to over and over again!

Although not a “training” book, the insights and information within are paramount to having a successful business, any business, but definitely for the aesthetic market. I will make this book required reading for all my employees!!

I've seen the author speak in videos and this book is great as well. Although it concentrates on medical practices, the ideas and lessons can be transfered to most businesses. It is a great resource!

A book that reminds us to reach for the stars, but only if you are prepared to be a star.

Entire book reads like a wishy washy motivational speech. Very mislead by the marketing speak on the books cover and it is nothing like a blueprint.

Wow! This book is as powerful as seeing him speak live. I'm inspired! And its a fun read.

I came across this book when I was looking for the Golden ratio calipers, it caught my attention so much that I had to purchase it first. If you are looking for growth in yourself, your pratice as well as being able to understand your clients, andgenerate the best client experience then this is where you start.
