Very realistic looking I bought 3 different kinds/brands these were softest

These are the first set of dreads I've kept in for more than a day. I kinda love them. Out of the package they are definitely a bit itchy so I recommend soaking them in hot water with a bit of conditioner. They loosen up a bit but are still a little stiff. I have about a half head of hair and used 3 packages of the double ended dreads so 30 DE and 60 ends all together. It's definitely a full head so you could use less. They're not super heavy or anything but if you start with short hair (like me) the weight takes a minute to get used to. Overall I would recommend these especially as a starter set before investing in more expensive or custom sets.

Double ended dreadlocks are the best! I absolutely loved the length and volume it gave me. I did both (mine) and my sister’s hair and used about 3.5 packs each. I got the light brown for myself and platinum blonde for her. We received so many compliments on our hair and it was a huge hit for burningman.

These dreads are really bit bad for the price. I got worse ones from custom orders from dressmakers. BUT they are pretty stiff and also somewhat heavy. They don't even get much sister with boiling but they are still totally worth it for the price. I wore mine for about 4 weeks. They are a little uncomfortable but you can get over it in the name of beauty. ;)If you really want awesome dreads that are soft and move like hair and not stick out from your head, you need to find a good dread maker (often from Europe or Russia), pay more and wait longer.But these from Amazon are good for trying out the dread style or for shirt term use.BTW, I washed them on gentle cicle in my washing machine and it worked great. Just make sure you hang them dry in the sun or so until they are REALLY dry.

I’m going to give a three star rating for a few reasons. I will say I do love them a lot but, I wouldn’t buy the same brand again. The color I chose was the chocolate brown. I was expecting a nice dark brown but when the arrived they matched my red wine colored dyed hair. They are also very itchy to the touch. They’re on the shiny side so they’re not so real looking in person. If you’re looking for a very neat, groomed dread these are not. They are frayed all the way down. They were also extremely stiff so I had to boil them to soften them. Other than the itchiness I don’t mind the other points. These are my first dreads and absolutely love having them in I will just be looking for a less itchy kind.

I bought these to see how brown would look before I buy a nice wool set, which are expensive. When i got them i thought wow they look cheap. Oh yeah, they ate plastic so... 🙄 I tried to keep that in mind while installing. I dont think they look real whatsoever and may be good for like a costume but not for every day. Of you ate considering getting these to be semi permanent dreads, consider saving up for a wool set. No comparison.I had them in one night and by the next day I couldn't STAND them in anymore. Heavy, itchy, uncomfortable... stiff as hell. Nope. Took um out.Update: gave them another shot and had them in for 3-4 weeks. They eventually softened up a bit and were tolerable, looked pretty good & people thought they were real. I removed them today and along with them came about 1/4 of my hair. Just a massive amount of hairs were broken by these and it was severely disappointing. They are too heavy & too stiff.

I purchased (originally 3 needed more) 4 packs of 10 DE Dreads in the brown color. 40 covered my whole head perfectly. Install was easy, but time consuming. I have had them in for 2 months and the product has held together and still looks great and will be able to be reinstalled. They started off very stiff, but have now softened and are easy to style. I really love these and have had many compliments on them. I've had people think they were real. Love that they come with free beads too. I definitely recommend.

Chocolate brain is more auburn than anything else. You can see the difference in my photos. I have a darker brown color but it isn’t what I would classify simply as “dark brown” there are reddish tones. In the past I would typically box dye with a chocolate brown. I’ve since stopped dying and allowed the gray to show. Anyway, I ordered the dark brown now. Hopefully I don’t need black. We shall see. I don’t mind having a couple oddly colored dreads though. It looks ok. Plus I weaved in my actual hair into the extension to balance the color a bit more too.Other than the color discrepancy, these are pretty good quality. Very stiff at first but if you work them they relax.I have been slowly adding more dreads. I wasn’t sure if my work would allow me to keep them unless I could cover them up but so far so good. Hopefully I can get a whole lower half of dreads going without issue.

Super dreadlocks,j'avais les miens (des vrais) depuis longtemps mais j'ai du les couper ya deux ans. Je faisais mes propres rallonges depuis.....mais ils étaient rendu fatigués. Je suis super content d'avoir trouver cette super compagnie,ils sont un peu raide,mais une nuit de dodo et un bon lavage et voilà que ça devient plus smooth ils ont l'air très naturelles
