NEVER BAKE WITHOUT GREASING THE PAN
This product says that it is stick proof so I baked a bread in it without greasing the pan.My bread was stuck to the pan so bad that it was like mortar.It was very difficult cleaning the pan afterwardsAs far as the size - it should be wider by about half an inch - taller by half an inch and it should be about 10 inches long.

Love it!
I have wanted a pan like this for ages so I jumped at the chance to get one! I wasn't disappointed either, the bread popped right out! A few things to note ... as you can see from the pics my loaf was super tall. I didn't adjust the recipe (not sure how to) but clearly it needs to be sized down. I've only ever used the one bread recipe as it's always turned out perfect and I never needed to try another. Also, your baking time may need to be reduced if you're used to working with lighter colored pans. Mine could have done with a good five fewer minutes baking due to the dark color of the pan. Until I work out a recipe size I won't be able to use the lid but it's nice to have anyway. It's fantastic just having a pan that pops loaves out so easily and bakes so evenly!

Poor Coating
First one came scratched and the second pan scratched after the first use. I use silicone cookware and I’m easy on my bakeware, but it still seems to scratch way too easily. I am worried about the coating cooking into my food, so I’m back to uncoated loaf pans.I do like the pan cover, but I wish it didn’t scratch so easily.

small across, not american size bread
the pan arrived dented package showed no damage or crushing, the pan is not the size of regular bread loaf, from the store too small across.
