A light and quick road bike that's easily modded, for a great price!
I ordered this bike from Bikes Direct, something that I had never done before and was quite nervous to do. But I am so impressed with my Turino that I felt compelled to write a review. The bike arrived safely and everything was in order. If you're at all capable of basic bicycle maintenance, it will be pretty simple to assemble this bike and tune it. I had a little bit of a tough time with the front derailleur, and my only real dislike on this bike is the three-chainring set-up - it seems unnecessary and it's kind of a pain to adjust.Other than that, this bike is amazing. It handles great, thanks to the carbon fork. The brakes are very powerful. It's light and comfortable to ride, and it is fast as hell! I've had this bike a couple of months and have put about 350 miles on it, and I'm just totally in love with it.I've modded mine for long-distance adventure riding (38c tires with fenders, Brooks B17 saddle, twin panniers on a rear rack and a smallish handlebar bag) and it's perfect for that type of riding. I absolutely cannot recommend this bike enough. Thank you, Bikes Direct!

Good bike for the price.
I bought this from bikes direct. So far so good. The brakes/ levers feel a bit cheap but for the price it's a good value. Since Indiana is experiencing an endless winter right now I have not been able to take it for a long ride yet. I will update after I get a chance.

Poor quality and performance
This bike is not a quality road bike. The brakes and levers are cheap and do not function well. I requested a return and was denied by the manager. She was very unprofessional and blamed the poor functionality of the bike on my mechanic not knowing what they were doing. I have since purchased a fantastic bike from the bike shop where my mechanic works and where the seller guarantees satisfaction. WOW what a difference.

On the Road Again
It has been a while since I’ve had a race style bike. So far, a good bike to get back into regular riding again. Will take a bit of getting used to, occasionally riding on New York City streets. I feel I've gotten a better value overall compared to what I have seen in the many shops I've visited.
