Great scooter!
We got this scooter for our 10 year old grandson and he loves it. It's well made but light enough for him to spin it around. He has learned to jump a ramp and bunny hop! Great scooter for the beginner rider! Very smoothe ride! 5 stars for sure!

My son loves the scooter
We gave this scooter as a Christmas present. My 11 year old son loves riding the scooter around the neighborhood and at the skate park. Unfortunately, less than 3 months after, a crack appeared at the weld in the handlebars. I contacted the seller who assured me that this was a rare occurance and promised to remedy this situation. I was just hoping to have the handlebars replaced and the seller went above and beyond by replacing the scooter with a new one. What an unexpected surprise. It's refreshing to deal with a company that enthusiastically stands behind its product and provides pronto resolutions with great customer service. Would definitely buy from this seller again. My son is back in business.

Mismatched wheels!
My 12 yr old daughter used her birthday money for this scooter and she was so excited when it was delivered today. Then she was so bummed to discover this scooter has mismatched wheels! They are not both white like the advertised picture. One is mostly white but spotted or discolored in some places and the other one is completely discolored. It’s kind of a light brownish pink swirl. So now we have to return it. And the new one won’t ship until they receive the defective one. Hopefully the replacement scooter comes without damage or defect! Other than the mismatched wheels, my daughter loves this scooter and can’t wait to use it when it comes. Also the scooter box was damaged inside the shipping box.

scooter was great fit for young boy
scooter was great fit for young boy. had a problem with front clamp. customer service was helpful and friendly. Can't. say enough about them. First they sent a new clamp, when that didn't work they replaced then scooter.

He's a happy camper
Right size for my grandson and he loves it. But you should order the Super B TB-BB 20 Headset Wrench, 32/36 that it recommends for tightening the nut on the scooter properly. Amazon is the best price for it

Handle bar won't stay straight
We got this for our son for his 11th birthday. He loves it, except that the handle bars won't stay tight and then he can't right it. It requires special tools to tighten. So best we can do is hand tight. I took it to a bike shop and paid them to tighten it and it did well for a time. But then loose again. And sure enough return window is gone. We did buy the protection plan in case and I guess we will be using the in case. And if you are wondering our son is 4'9" and 67lbs, so not a big kid. He does try tricks as that was the point of a trick scooter so he could try tricks, but handle bars always loosen after a jump or two so can't do much. Save some money and get a regular scooter or spend more and get one that will actually let you do more than two jumps before falling apart.

High quality scooter, you won't be disappointed
Great scooter, my boy loves this scooter and uses it for all sorts of tricks. It takes plenty of hits and keeps on running.

My kids love them
My kids previously had Razor scooters but wanted something a little more advanced and we bought 2 of these. My kids love them, they glide so much better and the handlebars make it easier to control. Definitely would suggest them - my kids are 7 and 5 if that helps at all.
