Thanksgiving is coming up. I have 15 people coming to my house. I have a HUGE roasting pan and can do a 22 lb turkey in it... however, I find Toms to be tougher, take a bit more brining, and longer to cook. So I prefer smaller hens (Jennies). I have a GE double oven, so my ovens are smaller and I needed BOTH birds in one oven and my big roaster wouldn't actually fit the two birds side by side... (the touching sides, don't cook as fast as the rest...) So, I REALLY wanted two smaller roasters that could fit in my oven side by side. I measured my oven. I read the measurements on these and I thought this might work. They arrived! I have two 14-ish lb turkeys in the freezer. I popped them into the pans, lifted the frozen birds with the rack handles. No issues. Then I tested them to see if they would fit in my lower gas oven.. and they fit! Side by side with about 3/4 on each side and in the back to spare. I use the convection bake on that oven to keep the heat moving around and keep the temp more even throughout the oven. Thanks giving a little over a week away and I'll add to this once I actually cook those two birds. The pans feel good - solid. Like I said, no problems lifting the birds on the racks while they were frozen. The handles are riveted in nice and tight. No trouble lifting those. The pans are a little bit light - but for me that is good, I have a bad back, hips, shoulder, and wrists (old skier) so I worry about anything too heavy. So if you like a good quality but lower weight roasting pan this may be the right one for you. If your bird is about 14 lbs or less these could be great roasting pans for you. If you're picky about a 'heavy' pan, choose something else for sure. The only 'complaint' I had was that there is a LOT of plastic wrapping in the package, in addition to heavy duty Styrofoam, so there is a bit of waste that is probably less than necessary... and I have two. I can say without a doubt, I did NOT receive a used product. Additionally, they obviously rivet the handles while the handles are wrapped in the plastic - I say this because one handle, on one side, had the plastic stuck under the rivet. I took it to the garage and torched it so it won't burn in the oven. No biggie, but if you're not a problem solver, burning plastic in your oven could be really stinky. Overall - I would recommend this pan. I'll update after Thanksgiving because I also plan to stick one of these on the gas range to make the gravy! Stay tunned!

This roasting pan is very sturdy, as is the rack that comes with it. It's all stainless steel, so no worries about a coating scratching off and getting into your food. Clean up was surprising easy.

Great pan. Non magnetic stainless steel. Much different than say an all clad, more utilitarian like something you'd have in a restaurant kitchen. The included racks inside were a nice touch. Sturdy handles. A great buy for the price, would purchase again!

Unfortunately the item description measurement of 15.7" includes the lips and handles. It truly is exactly 14" on the inside. But it's nice and deep and sturdier than I expected for under $30. The two racks with it make it a nice deal at this price. Perfect for a good sized duck. I don't know that I'd try to do a turkey in it, nothing over maybe 12 or 14 pounds anyway for sure. But I think it's worth what I spent. I'm knocking a star off just for that size miscommunication since interior dimensions are the common measurement standard and because they say to wash it soapy water when you get it. Well I did that twice with a pretty non-abrasive plastic scrubby sponge and not only did it scuff up quite a bit, but the stuff I was supposed to be washing off still isn't all the way gone. You can see the discoloration as soon as you dry it. So plan on spending some time really getting it clean before first use.

I needed a roasting pan with rack to make prime rib. Worked extremely well. Helped having the flat resting rack for letting the meat rest. Great product.

Wanted something better for roasting than my current set up (wire rack with pan underneath). This is so much nicer. Its easy to clean. I toss part of it in the dishwasher. Its heavy and appears to be of good quality. I have made chicken, lamb, and a pork roast. I use the drippings to make gravy and nothing really sticks to the bottom which makes it easy to collect the drippings in another pot.

I wanted a nice heavyweight roaster but I didn't want a gigantic one. This 14 inch roaster is perfect for two. I appreciate the depth of the roaster and the V rack is exceptionally heavy duty. I look forward to using this for many years.

Very prompt delivery. Pan was well protected in a box that came with the V-rack and a standard flat rack. I have used it twice to roast chicken. The pan is sturdy ,well made and easy to clean. I have yet to use it on the stove hob however.

Aparentemente "cara" pero está súper firme, aguantó un pavo de 8 kilos sin problema. La rejilla me permitió quitar el pavo para recoger el jugo y bañarlo de manera muy fácil. Las manijas rígidas permiten sacar la charola con toda confianza.

I just rec'd this item today so have not used it but wanted to warn people that the box this comes in does not show the stainless steel roaster with racks. Instead the only pictures are of ceramic platter with a roast turkey. I thought I had been sent the wrong item so I almost just sent it back without opening! I suggest the seller either get new boxes with the actual item pictured or a stick on banner saying 'Roasting pan enclosed'! It looks like a high quality pan and the two racks included are also substantial. The handles are good & large for all size hands and the rivets are large and look well-secured. My old pan had handles that flopped down against the end of the pan but that made it hard to grasp with oven mitts on. These handles are well fixed in place so will be easy to grab. Looking forward to using it! Also I measured the interior of the pan & it was 15.25" x 10.75" and had a depth of 3.25". Update after first use: I love this pan! It was so much easier to grab these strong handles than ones on my old pan. I cooked a pasta dish with a sauce and grated cheese and to clean up I just filled it with soapy hot water while finishing the other dishes. Then it was so easy to clean with no hard scrubbing at all just a swipe with a cloth. It still looks like new. Update after 1 yr usage: Definitely 5+stars! Good substantial size for large families. It gets a lot of use and still looks like new. Cleans up easily. Would highly recommend this item.

Ordered this for our Easter dinner and it cooked the Turkey perfectly, no need to add extra cook time like we normally would in other pans (thanks to the rack that sits within it). Rated 4 stars as it would be nice to have a lid that comes with it all but not the end of the world!
