I dare you to do better than MAHLE
This is one of many MAHLE Original products I have bought and each one is made to the high OEM standard as the one before it. This particular application was used in a 2.5L 5 cylinder VW Jetta MKV. The only thing I would nitpick on this is the orange gasket built on the filter is thicker than the MANN filter VW uses. This posed a bit of a challenger putting the airbox back together has quite a bit of force was needed to snap it back together. The benefit though to such a thick gasket is that it will provide a super tight seal with the box closed, not allowing any air to escape around the sides of the filter and only pass through it as intended. The filter element quality was also what you would expect from MAHLE, a bit heftier than the MANN and sturdier put together. All in all if your in need of a air filter for your VW or Audi and you have a choice between MAHLE and MANN, go with MAHLE everytime.

Its an air filter that i returned
Arrived on time and looked to be a quality filter. Amazon said it was for a 2014 jetta and its not so i returned it with zero issues.

Filter is great, even though it is wrong one for my a3. Absolutely my goof (I have done this before -idiot!). Anyway, built a quick box for my shop compressor to fit this filter. Works great. If I ever flub the order again I'll have a new compressor filter, ha!

Did not fit
Product says it fits my VW tiguan. I ordered and didn't install right away. When I went to install, it didn't fit and now I'm past the return date. This filter fits audis which I verified at auto zone. Now I've paid 2x for a filter and stuck with one I can't use. Terrible.
