The verdict is still out.
I am trying it to make race car shock sacks for running on dirt tracks. They have not been tried yet, so we'll have to see how long they hold up.

Absolutely no protection.
Within 2 minutes of unwrapping this I passed a knife easily through the fabric, as well as a large needle. Not sure what else people could use this for, but it’s worthless as any type of protection
