When they arrived, I was slightly confused and thought that these were knee pads of how wide and thick the bands are. Had to return it because clearly is an elbow pad so unless you have python arms, you’re not using these.

The products are no good to big and don’t fit right and fall off horrible purchases they don’t even look like the picture

April 5, 2018Update: These became stretched within time as do all neoprene material. The outer edge of the sleeve is loose and can be annoying but still can protect the person on the receiving end. Increase of 1 Star.February 16, 2016Intended use was to really apply technique and speed when striking. I tested on 3 separate subjects. Each said it still hurt at 40% power/speed. One stated its worse than the cheap McDavid stuff. (wuss). The sharpness of elbow the elbow factors still. Can't get away with good technique. Cut, downward, upward and even twisting back elbows were tested.The ends of each opening seem to not hold tight. Regular fit top opening does not fit as snug for an about 9" bicep/triceps arm. It stays for now but like all neoprene, it will easily loosen after long periods of use. Good for short-term sparring as far as fit. Looks like it will last like a glove.

These are no bad at all. If you are Pro level, not what u need. For ammy and beginners it will be a good addition.

These take a little breaking in, but they do work well for preventing cuts and reducing the likelihood of injuries if you're using elbows while sparring, as well as providing some cushion for kicks that get caught on elbows. They don't quite taper enough, for me, so they fit my upper arms fine, but are a bit loose on the forearms. The stitching started to come undone after just a few uses, which is inconvenient, but it's not hard to sew back together by hand if you catch it before it gets too far.
