Gut Health without Prescriptions
My ortho suggested this for me for gut issues. We live on a sailboat and soon will not be near our Dr's so we are trying desperately to get away from prescriptions. He said that he takes this and does an amazing job for him.

Does Work
I've spent the past two years searching for the best probiotic for me. I wanted to hate this one becuase it's expensive and the Gundry ads are pretty cheesy...but I've been on it for two months now, and I recently realized digestion has become a non-issue again. I can't stress how huge this is. I don't spend each morning getting up freakishly early and then yelling at my bowels as I run out the door late for work, "Are you kidding me? You had all morning and you want to go again NOW?!" I don't spend each day with roiling, twisting, bloated, gaseous, churning pain in the gut, where it feels like someone affixed a tire inflator you-know-where and inflated to 60 psi. I imagine God is sick of hearing prayers about farting ("Please please please don't let me fart in front of anyone today") because I won an Amazon gift card at work that was enough to cover another month.
