If you LIKE the gross, over-processed, unhealthy Cheez Doodlez or Cheez Puffs you can get from any gas station for way cheaper, this is the flavor for you. But I've become accustomed to a higher level of flavor from Nature Nate's Popped Sorghum, and this was not at all what I've come to expect or love. My first handful of this I spit back out and just handed to my dogs, who will eat anything. If you want a GOOD cheese flavor from Nature Nate's, get the Extremely Cheezy. That is actually delicious. Also, if you think you will like this flavor, take note that it's a bit smaller than the standard Avocado/Rosemary flavors.

Flavor is fine. It’s just like popcorn crumbs. No regrets but I won’t buy it again
