I have been suffering from foot pain for the last 7 weeks after years of wearing shoes that were a size too small and too narrow for my feet. I threw in the towel and went to a podiatrist who diagnosed me with fallen arches and overpronation. I have since changed my shoes to those with wide toe boxes (AllBirds) and Taos wide width canvas sneakers. I have a feeling that shoes with too much cushioning did me in. My toes felt like they were glued together and I wasn't able to part them effectively with my fingers while trying to do toe stretches. I tried on these toe separators and they achieved that effect within 15 seconds. I placed them on my toes, waited for a few seconds, took them off and voila, my toes had finally achieved separation. I was able to hold my feet up with my toes separated and my toes felt great - not scrunched up and in pain. I have been waiting for bedtime so I can read and use my toe separators for around 10 mins before going to sleep. I think just 15 mins of use a day will make a big difference. My favorite are the closed toe separators, they feel so great on my toes. I love this product!

In time I am hopeful this will find comfort in my toes. Dislike no instructions came with package. Three toe correctors how long to wear which one and what to use for cleaning?

Comfortable to wear, soft and pliable. One set goes between the toes, the other goes around all toes. The set that goes around all toes can be worn in shoes if you have a wide toe box or walk around the house with them on. Use 15 min to 1/2 hour to begin. Appears to be more separation in my toes after using for 1 week. Just be sure to wear only the wide shoes with wide rounded toe box. Bonus was a spacer for just big toe for straightening if you have a bunion.

It broke the first time it was worn.

These gel toe separators are very comfortable. I am able to wear them indoors all day and/or at night. I have peripheral neuropathy and bunions and I can actually see space between my toes enhancing my balance. I do my foot exercises wearing them. I've had them for over 2 months of daily use and no tears or leaks. Easy to slip on they are not the stiff cheap hard foam types. My feet thank you. Ordering more sets for my sisters.

I really like these. I've only been using them for a couple days, but have already experienced pain relief. As stroke survivor, I have spasticity in the affected limbs, right side for me. So far I'm loving it. It has brought relief much quicker than I expected, and I'm hopeful that it will permanently address the problem with continued long term use. I only wish I'd found it years ago

They feel greatI wish more separation between toes but i feel my feet getting some rest
