I want to give an honest review of this supplement, Stackers 3. So I am thinking about getting back on them. I was taking them for a very long time, but I stopped several years ago after Covid-19 hit. In my experience, they did not cause weight-loss (at least that I could see) but they did give me an energy boost of such a high feeling, I can barely even describe it. These might sur-press the appetite of some who take it, though I didn't really feel that (but I'm an eating-machine anyways) but this could be the reason why some folks may lose weight, personally I think it's just a sales-marketing thing they put on the bottle to attract consumers. In my case, I enjoyed taking them for the absolute crack-cocaine high that I would get every day. No sugary energy drink ever gave me this kind of boost, except for Celcius Heat drink (inferno punch, which I refer to as 'Liquid Crack') Having said that, I will refer to these pills as 'Crack in a bottle'. I never took more than one per day. The instructions say to take 3, but I think that is way too much. My heart would probably blow-up in it's cradle if I took that many every day. I do not recommend taking more than one daily, in the morning, no later. I also think they say to take 3 on the label so the consumer can pay for more at the end of a month, instead of three months. Again, another marketing strategy. On top of that, I do feel that these may cause a rapid heartbeat, so again don't take more than one. If you're consuming coffee, redbull, or other insane energy drink, don't combine stackers. Its just too much. Either drink your caffeine and no stackers, or take a stacker and avoid the coffee and energy drinks. Overall, I think these are a good source for a jump-energy boost, but they should be taken lightly. These will keep you awake and make it hard to sleep, so don't take them late or before bed. For the price, they worth it. Make sure you're physically active daily when consuming these. Don't just be sitting. Combine taking these with a good diet... don't be eating crap food because you may experience the high and the crash. I am not aware of any serious or long-term health risks, but that doesn't mean they don't have them. I hope not, but it's best to do your own research on that. Hopefully this is helpful to you. Stacker 3 gives me the boost I need to get out the door and work for 8 hours... I drive a lot and having the energy to stay awake (up before dawn), without the need to down a few cups of coffee or some cans of soda is the primary reason is choose this supplement. I feel the surge around an hour after swallowing the capsule, sooner if I only take it with milk or water instead of food. It doesn't seem to do anything about weight control, unless you're physically active and vigilant about working out. The most noticeable side effect is that it triggers your bladder to go into overdrive, causing you to need to take a leak more often than usual (every 45-90 mins).

I took these for a while on days that I would head to the gym. At first, I really felt no effects at all, but after about a week or so I noticed that my energy level was higher and my workout intensity was slightly improved. I can't say that it provided in much (if any) weight loss or fat burning though. I had no negative side effects while taking this. I would say if you are looking for a clearer head and some improvement in energy this isn't a bad option, but if you are looking to lose weight I would look elsewhere.

I wasn’t expecting much for $12, but the reviews were 100% right about these being “crack in a bottle”. I took these with a meal and felt a surge of energy after about 10-15 minutes or so. I also wasn’t hungry after eating, which is amazing because normally my stomach is a black hole. I’ve been struggling with having low energy levels and overeating, so these are a godsend. *Update (1-25-2021) I am baffled by people who claimed to feel nothing! While these have reduced my appetite and given me energy, they also have kept me up for hours on end. I even tried taking them very early in the morning so that I would use up all of the energy, but I would still be wide awake at 2am even when I attempted to force myself to sleep. I also experienced jitters and a rapid heartrate when I didn’t drink enough water. Be very careful and do NOT use them if you have a heart condition.

My doctor found this product that elevated my numbers that leads to fatty liver and it does states that it could happen when you research it, I tried to return a unused bottle that I just received for a refund and Im unable too, even when it’s noted that I can until the 8th of November. This company will not respond to my complaint for refund. Please Dont use this product it causes fatty liver and big health concerns for us all and these people couldn’t care less about you or your health.

These aren't like they used to be, zero kick to them, i'll never buy them again, my advice don't waste your money, just buy, Caffeine, Aspirin and Ephedrine and add in L-Theanine separately and use that stack.
