Lovely keyboard with a few notes
Much to like about this keyboard. Has a nice feel to it. The backlighting is perfect. The backlight to me is the most important thing about this kind of keyboard as I have tried many and been disappointed. Sometimes the light between the keys is to glary and makes it difficult to make out the key caps. This happens with nearly all cheap rgb keyboard. Actually I found logitech the worse because they label the keys grey which makes the keys hard to see in light conditions also the backlight is weak on the logitech keyboards I tried. No such problems with this keyboard. Others have been ok but no media controls but still littered with extra keys I don't use (eg programable keyboards). The media controls on this keyboard are great, even though I only really use volume. I love the volume wheel. If I had one complaint, it would have been better if the media controls lit up as they can be hard to see at times. The other thing to note is the side rgb is almost none existent. While this would have been nice it doesn't bother me much as I won't be staring at it from the side all day, the pictures are a bit misleading though. The phone stand is cool. An afterthought I had is what if there was a hole in it to feed your charger through. That would be awesome. All in all a great keyboard.

Trust the brand, get what you pay for. Would recommend
I bought a mouse of the same brand, and decided to replace my ageing budget keyboard with the same brand because the mouse has a premium feel at a reasonable price. The keyboard however, is made of the exact same plastic blend and thickness as the budget one that it has replaced. When the keyboard arrived I could hear the rattle of loose pieces coming from inside its casing. Some of the inking of the numpad digits is a little faded compared to the bold and clear print of the left side of the keyboard. The bottom line is that this product just does not carry that same premium feel... but it does retain the relative budget price. It is a good option for somebody who is looking for a keyboard designed for gaming without paying AAA prices. Here are some good points about each feature:The lighting effect is vibrant but not very bright. Pressing the Fn+del keys gives me my favourite light mode (it pulses rainbow lights all over the place). The volume scroll wheel feels smooth and is a good feature to have. It feels like it has to click a couple of times before it actually starts adjusting the volume though, which is an issue if you want to reduce by only a small amount but not an issue if you want to give it a quick scroll to take the volume down by an entire quarter or half. The phone holder: its neat to have something like this and I didnt actually think I would feel like this was an important feature of the keyboard! It turns out to be rather useful for watching YouTube tutorials of the game I am playing on screen, or bringing up the trading assistant website for an MMO, or the dashboard app for a racing sim. Its handy and it frees up space on my lap or desk so I can give the cat an extra place to sit, rather than on the keyboard itself! The downside of the holder is actually the placement of the keyboard USB cable - my phone actually has to be slightly offset from the centre of the keyboard because the cable is in the way. I would imagine that this would present a problem for a 10 inch tablet because its landscape centre of mass would be off the holder, probably leading to it falling off.Typing feels comfortable, there is a premium feel to the actual button presses and it isnt too loud (which is handy for video capture of the games I play). The bottom line is that I would recommend this keyboard to others. I feel like the keyboard is cheap enough so that it wouldn't be a disaster that the keys get gunked up with greasy fingerprints and worn out from frantic mashing as you try to escape a dungeon, save Preston Garvey, or fight your way through a zombie horde. It will probably last long enough to see a cyberpunk sequel too (I'm saying it will last a long time). Those looking for a real top end keyboard might be disappointed, but for the price I dont think it should be expected to match up and the mouse I bought is the real diamond in the price bracket.

Great keyboard
Was bought to replace a cheap(er) chinese branded RGB keyboard, the lettering was poorly illuminated to the point of being unable to use in a dimly lit area. This Pictek keyboard, however does not have these issues. The keys are nice for typing on - very clicky - I like clicky! The backlight is good without being too obtrusive, the key illumination is great too.It has a distracting 'wave' effect, that I'll never use, it has multiple colour illumination, where you can have different coloured 'zones', again, not something I'll use...The media function buttons work as intended, however sometimes the volume rotary knob will not alter the volume...but I think that is a W10 issue and not a malfunctioning product.Overall it's a solid 9.5 out of 10, so I've given it 5 stars.

Great keyboard.
Can be programmed for solid colours or custom sets of colour groups see photo. The reason I picked this above most was because RGB that is alway set to rainbow mode isnt very custom in my opinion while this gives you that but other choices also. The volume wheel is great for accurate sound levels when you need drop the volume fast as its the simplest method. The media keys though arent easy to see in low light as theyre solid colour which isnt good when RGB is best at night, seems a little conflicting to me but its ok to use once you know the keys. The logo adds a sense of quality also. Would buy again.

Squeak squeak squeak
First one developed a very annoying squeak in the spacebar just out of the return window, then the spacebar packed up altogether. Ordered another one because I liked the RGB and volume controls on it. Two weeks in and the spacebar is squeaking like a nest of mice again! This one is going back and I will spend a little more to get a better quality product this time.

Exceeded expectations for a budget keyboard
All in all i was pleasant surprised by this keyboard. I was totally expecting some cheaply made plastic feeling rubbish. However, this is not any where close to the reality, the item is great value for money with the functionality of the multi media keys and then the additional application buttons it's a great piece for the price. The build quality isn't too bad aswell. Only downfall for me is the clear stripes of plastic on the sides of the keyboard dont light up so it looks abit off but for the price I'm happy. A lot better than expected
