Premium Glass Filter That Actually Lasts
I’ve owned the Invigorated Water PH Recharge Glass Alkaline Filtration System for about 3–4 years, and it has been one of the most reliable filtration systems I’ve used. First, the build quality stands out. The glass reservoir feels solid and substantial, and I appreciate not storing drinking water in plastic for long-term use. The bamboo base and lid give it a clean, modern look that fits well in a kitchen without looking industrial or bulky. Performance has been consistent. I replace the filters about every 3 months as recommended, and the water tastes cleaner and smoother than tap water. I’ve kept extra filters on hand over the years, and they’ve always been easy to swap out. No complicated process. Over several years of use, I experienced very minor wear — nothing that affected filtration quality. In fact, the unit remained fully functional. When I contacted customer support with a simple question about a slightly warped bamboo lid after extended use, they responded by sending me an entirely new system — glass container, stand, valves, filters — everything. Well beyond what I expected, especially since I was outside any normal warranty window. I didn’t ask for a replacement system. I would have been satisfied with a lid or even just information. Instead, they chose to stand behind their product in a way that’s rare these days. The important part: the original unit was still filtering perfectly. These were cosmetic wear items after years of use. If you’re comparing alkaline filtration systems and wondering whether this one is worth the investment, in my experience, the answer is yes. Solid materials, consistent performance, and a company that clearly cares about its reputation. Five stars from a long-term owner.

Great Water Filter/Dispenser
This is a wonderful water filter/dispenser. We purchased this product because it was a glass container. It's pretty solid and the spigot is stainless steel. The spigot works on a 1/4 turn to on/off. The bamboo stand is a nice feature and is a good height for filling any of our glasses and containers. We leave it at the edge of our counter for easy filling. The filter reservoir is plastic. Assembly was very simple with written instructions and a video link. You have to install the spigot with the parts provided. It did leak initially but was fixed with a very careful turn on the spigot lock nut. It comes with one filter. I would have liked a recommendation or option to order the higher quality filter. The recommended lifetime of the standard filter is three months for a family of four. We ordered extra filters for future filter changes. Water clarity and taste is really good.

DO not purchase this product. Do not loose your money
DO NOT BUY THIS FILTER!! It was leaking since day one but just a little bit, and only after 7 to 9 months os usage the product statrted leaking so much that we can not use it anymore. So now is here in my house but I can not use it. I have tried calling customer service (they usually do not respond) I could once speak to a representative and I had to explain all details, send a picture. I was promised a new part which never arrived. I tried calling today AGAIN!! and nobody answered, sent another email and received this response: Hi there, If your Invigorated Water filter is leaking and you haven't received the promised replacement instructions after reaching out to support, we recommend following up with our customer support team. Please include your full name, shipping address, order number, and photos or a short video showing the issue. This will help us resolve your request as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience, and we're here to help get things sorted for you! If this doesn't fully answer your question, please reply to this email, and a member of our team will review your request. Best regards, Invigorated Water's AI Agent Conclusion - nothing is solved. The water filter was expensive and now I can not use it. DO NOT BUY THIS. The worst a company can do is to despise their customers, that will not buy anything from them again and will nor recommend their product. Lack of respect.

The taste , easiness , looks nice UPDATE 8/7/24
I am a review reader … then if I purchase an item .. I scratch my head with people’s inaccurate reviews. 1. It is very well made the stand is sturdy it did not require using a screw driver the 2 pieces fit together. It has little grip tabs to place on the bottom of the stand to make it secure not wobbly and won’t slide about . 2. The glass container is thick heavy glass NOT thin.I was actually shocked at the heaviness of the glass. 3. The booklet is very detailed and very easy to follow (some one said it wasn’t ) it has written words AND pictures to follow … with a lot of info about how to figure how often to change the filter. 4. The filter is easy to use and easy to put in the container that holds the water to filter in. 5. The bamboo lid may be a maybe / maybe not a tad off but I really think it is fine and covers the water tank easily not worried about anything getting in the water . 6. The water filters through really quick. THE TASTE:*The water is almost silky to the taste and the way it feels in your mouth it’s almost weird feeling but not in a bad way! Lol No after taste .. the water just taste plan good ! THE ONE DOWN SIDE: * I will say I had the same issue with leaking I read where some one turned the spout 360’ a few times and it seem to help . I have done that it does seem to help.I think the plug that is already on the container is kinda soft and maybe that is the issue .. I don’t know .. hopefully the turning of spout seems to help. The leak is my ONLY complaint ! *it come with 3 spouts .. 2 plastic and 1 metal.. it has extra of the plugs with each one … Today I did a taste test … I poured tap water in one cup and one with the recharge water .. I switched them about and had no idea which was what and it was no guess which was the Ph water . The tap water had a taste that was no doubt not the right one ! There may be more good things but these are the highlights . I am glad I purchased it Finally I sent a message to the company about the leaky spout they are sending me another one … not sure if I will need it or if it will really be any different but I will have another for back up! I hope the turning the spout has solved the debacle ! If you can get past the leak and are wanting to change your drinking water for the price this is for you ! UPDATE 8/7/2024 Severe problem with water leakage out of Spicket I have replacements hoping replacing will work .. this almost a year from purchase . I still love the product I just wish there was something that can be done with the drippy leaky water spicket! Just wanted to give an update! It drained completely over night and I am keeping the filter I water (actually) filtering weather into some containers for use during the day for drinking and etc. I still love it but I may have to purchase a new filter not sure if over night it dried out and not working 100% .. hoping my husband can replace it and maybe get it a better seal !

Microplastics from filter and visible white particles in every sip of water.
Edit: Regardless of my review below. This is a genuine company that seems to truly care about their customers. Give their items a try and see how much effort and work they've put into making a classy, clean, reusable resource for you and your family. I've been looking for a filter that has the least amount of plastic used and this was the closest I've found. I followed the set up directions to the tee. Looks pretty, but the wooden stand is not even and wobbles. They provided a way to stabilize it if theres any issue. We humans need to do better on how we clean our water.

Wow! i love my new filtered water.
Ok so i researched water filters and finally settled on this one. When you taste the difference in the water quality, wow! i luv it and am so happy i purchased this particular one. I read a number of reviews taking into consideration various complaints but honestly i cannot see why anyone would gripe or complain about this product at all. 1. first off i like the bamboo wood stand it sits on. unlike other reviewers who said it wiggled and another used glue. Im shocked really becuz literally all you need is a philip screw driver! i screwed the legs onto the based and it was VERY sturdy!!! If u don't have muscles use an electric screw driver. Easy peasy and a very strong standing base for the glass tank to sit on. 2. Next i LOVED the glass tank, i was impressed. it is not a cheap piece of glass. i'm very much looking forward to using glass as i have been using plastic for years and hard water spots don't clean up so well on plastic. oh and the tank is huge!!! 3. Loving the bamboo/stainless lid, just place it on, fits perfect! 4. So here's the thing with the water quality and the filter - FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS. yes it's that easy. oh!! and the water filters though pretty fast!!! put my old brita to shame! 5. I soaked the filter in water for about 30 mins. instructions say 10 mins. 6. Then i rinsed the filter under running tap water, shook it, rinsed it again. And pushed it into the whole where the filter sits. It's easy, you can be rough with it, just push it in and look at the sides, the filter just needs to sit flush against the base it sits in. It's super easy, really i can't say this enough. 7. Then i tackled the spicket; which comes with TWO n all it's hard ware, which is minimal. the rubber sealer is already in place on the glass tank, and all you do is put the spicket in, and screw on the nut. I honestly don't understand WHY it would leak for any one. (unless they changed the designed ofcourse) I hand tightened the screw then i tightened it every so gently with pliers and that was it. I kept checking it to see if it leaked and nope, it's perfect. 8. Then i followed the instructions and got perfect water. I poured in water at the top, let the water filter through, then dump it out, fill it up again and let the water filter through, then dump it out. Do this twice! IF YOU SKIP THIS PART yes you will have greyish water becuz the filter needs to be properly prepared for drinking use. 9. Finally fill up the tank one more time and you are in business!!! I took a sip before i treated the water and i was wowed at how much diff the water tasted. It is very good water! I personally decided i would use adya clear drops in the water prior to pouring it into the top base. It's like treating the water prior to it filtering, then the water filters through, catches all the yuky stuff, then it's clean for drinking. I Love this so much i am taking my own water to work now. We do have filtered water at work but it is not as nice as this tastes. This is the second best purchase i have made this year!!! and both were to contribute to better health and better health includes good quality water. TY so much for making this product, i couldn't be happier. AND it is very affordable!!! i see this lasting for many years to come. TYTYTYTYTYTYtytytytytyty!

Meh...ok
The wooden base is filled with black mold within a couple months. Nothing else in my home has mold. The base is the Entire FOUNDATION keeping this expensive piece of glass afloat. It's splintery and awkward and unfinshished. Eventually, I stuck a washcloth under it, after spraying with essential oils, and just trade it out every month or so. Still not a great solution. The filter that came with it was supposed to last a long while, but although we followed every direction about the filter, it frequently dirtied the water and stopped working long before it should have. I think it was just a faulty filter. Hopefully, because I'm about to buy another, after being without this device a long time. When the filter did work, the water was much better quality than the tap. We did supplement with good spring/coconut water every couple weeks from the begining, and then eventually once a week, until we just couldn't get any more work out of the filter. How did we know when to supplement? It didn't taste good (in the end), didn't hydrate us (whenever we supplemented), and at the end even the cats would not drink it. During that time, we had a month of roaches, and they can actually get into this thing & back out again (swim swim happy happy), and often did. Luckily we aren't in that issue anymore. As per the instructions, do remember to always keep it full so the filter doesn't dry out faster. We did, but the one time near then end we went away and the house sitter (or? evaporation?) brought the water level low so when we returned it had dried. It is a beauty when the mold is covered, and the water tastes great & hydrating when the filter works. If the next filter doesn't have the same issues, I'll go with one more star. A little jaded because I wish I had Enagic...truly the best water in the world. I've had Berkley's (not owned, but at many offices as a shared perk) and I'd give them a 4; they do make great tea. For the price, on a sale, and in a time of great need, I recommend this one so long as you don't have marble/tile counters & floors where you put it, and no one in the house may knock it over.
