Not bad for the pricey but could be more durable. Purchased these for my sons to hang in their bedrooms, perfect for that but would be curious if planning to hang multiple rods in another space

Looks nice but cheaply made. Insert pulls out, pole holders don't fit properly had to shave down in order to slide into place.

I install this in my garage to keep my bevy of fishing poles. The installation is straightforward, and it does the job. It probably would not work as well on big, long, heavy salt water poles. All of the poles I keep on this are lighter freshwater poles. I keep my salt water pools separately.

it works like it should

The wood is pressboard so I do not expect it to hold up to the elements.The rod clips for the top mount work well and secure the rods. Mine is mounted outside under a covered porch but still needs to hold the rods in a moderate wind.The mounting brackets for the bottom shelf are worthless. They can barely hold the weight of the bottom shelf without flexing to 70 degrees. Once you add any rods they flex even more and the rods just slide off. In my bottomless junk drawer I had two small steel angle brackets and I used them and tossed the cheap plastic ones that came with the Rod holder in the trash.Had I not had the steel angle brackets I would have returned the rod holder for refund. This and the pressboard material and the best I can give it is two stars.

this unit came with plastic mounting brackets for the lower shelf that are flimsy and ill-suited for the task, each attached to the lower shelf with only 1 small screw. Interestingly, the installation instructions show what appears to be a metal l-bracket attached to the lower shelf with the four screws (two for each bracket) that are provided. It seems somewhere between printing the instructions and shipping the item the company decided to cut cost by switching to cheap plastic brackets. Now onto the upper portion of the rack, the "keyhole" mounts recessed in the back are flimsy plastic as well and were positioned in the back of the upper rack out of parallel with each other making mounting troublesome and although the low quality mounting "buglehead" screws provided can be made to work, a "panhead" screw works better for this type of mounting arrangement. The plastic track is only stapled into the groove with two small staples and was easily pulled out with light pressure when installing/positioning the rod clamps. If you must buy this item, I suggest using panhead screws and metal l-brackets to mount this rack instead of the provided screws and brackets and adding some glue to the track/groove to prevent it from being pulled out. I would pass on this rack otherwise.

Bought a floor rack for my rods before this and that thing was a piece of junk. Ended up buying this rack after and couldn’t be happier. Unlike the floor rack, this thing is very sturdy and my rods fit perfectly. I would recommend this product to anyone.

Not the best quality, was delivered in rough condition, not real wood.

Have yet to hang it up. Looks good to me for the price. Has a few different sized grommets for larger/thicker rods.
