Hose Pipe For Dyson DC40 DC41 DC55 DC65 DC75 Vacuum Cleaner (Grey/Red)

The hose perfectly matches the original, although the bass clip is a slightly different shape and is grey not read like the originalInstallation was a breeze, fitting seamlessly into my vacuum cleaner without any issues, no unscrewing needed, it can be fitted by removing the rigid hose, and main drum and then u clipping the red clip at the Base. The build quality of the hose is excellent, and it feels durable and sturdy, just like the original.I've been using it for a few days now, and it has been working flawlessly.

Ideal replacement hose for my Dyson. It is a little bit shorter, but not to any detriment. Locked into the vacuum without any issues and the rigid hose that goes inside this slides in without any snags and locks into place as it should.I don't know if an original part would have been that much better, but this was a heck of a lot cheaper and it works. So it was a win for me!

Fitting is quite easy once you release bottom of hose from machine ( I used a small screwdriver to flip out securing tab at back of hose ),A little looser than original hose.

The hose works just as well as the original part I had to replace.My only niggle is that the connector that connects to the vacuum is red on the original and black on the replacement and slightly smaller. So it's 1. harder to see and 2. harder to remove if you have a blockage.

Arrived a day earlier than expected, easy to fit, had bought the same item 5 years ago, so consider lasting that long for £12 a decent return.

This was a replacement hose for an original that had lasted for 9 years before snapping.This one unfortunately snapped the second time I used it, and the first time I used it to vacuum the staircase.Which was a disaster as I was doing a deep clean prior to moving out, not recommended!

Excellent and cheap.

Bought to replace hose that had split in it.Found that the attachment tools dont clip into this properly.
