Battery works
The point of this purchase should be the battery, right? it should have nothing to do with the kit that is given as a courtesy to assist with the battery installation. With that in mind, the battery is great! I purchased it to fix a known problem with the battery running too low and not being able to recover enough charge to... charge. I went through the Youtube and internet suggestions for fixing this known problem, but they did not work. The new battery worked. It seems to work well so far. Having said that, I already purchased a new phone before I attempted this. I would suggest you not do this unless you are prepared to completely ruin the back cover of the phone, which is what I did. I tried heat and gentleness. A tiny crack occurred. it grew. Now there are small glass shards. Again, it was absolutely worth the risk for me. I placed the cover back onto the phone and it was good enough. I just wanted to more or less recover what was on the phone.

Put parts back together exactly the way they were taken out.
When first installed, the battery was at 50% and since they say to drain it completely and then charge it up to 100% before using it, I played 2.5 hours of youtube videos at full volume to drain that first 50% charge. Works like a new battery. Follow You Tube vids for guidance. I’ve had it installed for over a month and no issues.

Pixel 6a battery swap
The guitar picks should only be used for splitting the adhesive seam and not for prying when first separating. They are very flimsy. I used the other tool provided. I used a heating pad, used for sore muscles, to soften adhesive. I used the small cardboard box it came in and punched little holes in to place the screws in, matching location they came out of. Screws are different sizes. The battery swap was easy. Had about 42%. Less than 1 hour start to finish.

Works great so far, easy to install, great purchase. I old pixel 4 has a new life. I'll get another one in 2 yrs

Defective battery--Be very careful before buying it !!!!!!!
I purchased this battery for my Note8 on Jan 20, 2024. Started end of April, the phone automatically turn power off. I have to manually turn it on. I Googled and talked to Samsung repair workshop experts, was told that most likely it’s battery issue. I contacted the seller through the Amazon. I think it’s Amazon assistant chat with me online, and said there is system issue, cannot give me anser, will send me solution to my email. But she did not send me email. On May 3rd the phone cannot turn on anymore. I have to buy another battery and the phone works again. So the batter y has been used exactly over 3 months, just over their 3 months replacement time. Not only bad battery, but also bad service even they claims 2 years warranty. (Guarantee: 2-year Warranty!!! We can replace a new battery for you if you have any quality problems with the battery within 3 months of purchase) Strongly suggest be very careful before buying it !!!!!!!

Died after 2 months
The battery worked for slightly over 2 months and then would no longer accept a charge displaying 0% while charging or charge symbol on the phone when attempting dev boot. Poor battery life. I reinstalled the manufacturer original battery ( replaced to diminished extremely diminished life). I gave the kit 2 stars because the replacement kit was great! We have used the sim swap tools 4 times now to go bewteen the back phone and this G3.

If it sounds to good to be true it's probably an overpriced knockoff.
I liked the idea that there could be a battery that would trump the Samsung OEM by 300mAh but just like in politics it's all lies and deception. My battery testing software and hardware rates this one below OEM specs and nowhere near the advertised 3600mAh. It has a two year warranty but I rather have what I paid for which is more than an OEM can be had for. I give it a couple more charge cycles and then have Amazon take care of the problem. I received an email from an Amazon Contractor at 01:00am stating that they "could not deliver because the building was closed". Had to reply with instructions and two days later it showed up on my door step.
