3 of the plates were broken...this is the first time I've ordered wood plates and cutlery, i was expecting the and knife to be just a bit bigger...i wonder if it's standard to expect %10 - 15% broken product?

I am tired of writing what was wrong with your product I was not pleased with it the original package was open and it like the plates got wet and was twisted and uneven I send it back and the other one was open like the first and the same as the first. I was not satisfied with your product and would like my money back in my account I returned both packages.
