I bought a Steam fast from Walmart about 15 years ago and have loved it since. I wanted some new pads and called the company. They were wonderful. They sent out the product it did not work as mine was older. They told me to just keep the pads. When moving my mop was damaged so needed a new one. I ordered this and it did not work. I called customer service and amazing service. I was sent a new one within days. They do make you photograph a cut cord of the damaged one so there is no scamming to get a new one. Love love love this product and the customer service is outstanding.

This replace my old steam mop that lasted almost 5 years, this new one works even better and is super easy to use. Floors are so much cleaner and sanitary due to the steams heat.

The first time I used it I thought it was great. This was my first time trying out a steam cleaner and the hot steam really does work better then a regular old mop. I didn't have to go over sections of the floor again and again. After only a few times of use the thing stops working. I plugged it in and the battery got super hot but the steam never came out the bottom. I was afraid it might explode. It is too late to return it, which really sucks because I was a little unsure about spending the money on it in the first place. Now my family is stuck with a broke mop, dirty floors, and no budget.

When this arrived the box was so small i thought it was a toy for my daughter. I put it together and i don't see this lasting a long time. Does not feel sturdy. That said I tried it a few times and it does adequate job. Heats upvery fast. I did have to go over problem spots several times to get up a stain or sometimes it wouldn't getit out at all.

I used to have a really nice steamer that I bought at a thrift store. This was the only one in my price range that looked good enough. It is ok, overall I am happy with what I got for the money, not super sturdy feeling but it gets the job done and I can do a large space with one canister of water.

I have been buying this brand for 10 yrs and keep coming back for the newest model. This model has a lot of improvements with the cord and standing up buy itself. Heats up fast. and steam mops the best of the best out there. I always use distilled water and this mop lasts for years.

I love the versatility of this mop. I had the older version of this mop. This one is not as nice as the old one in that the way you add water is harder and more likely to break. I love the long cord and the finished product after having used this to clean.

It heats up super fast and lasts a long time. Very easy to use.
