I got these to tighten up various loose faucets in the house, and they are very handy and not too expensive. Definitely not for work use daily, as they aren't sturdy, but they are great for occasional home use.

Quality is fineSAEMetricTorquesI wish it had a few smaller sizes than what it came with but otherwise fits my needs. Sucks when you have to go to the tool box for those two smaller sizes when working on things. There are a lot of different size allens and torques on my bow which is what I primarily use these for so I knocked a star off for that. Each set needs one smaller size and it would be perfect for most needs.

I have dozens of hex keys in the shop, but was looking from compact folding sets that I could leave in my traveling tool box. This 3-pack of SAE/MM/STAR was attractive because it also included a set of Star keys which I find more and more of when doing repairs. All three sets have a good range of the most common keys you run into.Most folding sets have relatively short keys, but they are compact to maximize the number of tight spaces you can reach. These sets are not compact, but rather wide (2 inches) with rubber grips so you can get a good grip and apply considerable force to the key. So, they sacrifice storage space and access for increased torque. I can see these being used in the shop when I want to use only hand pressure and not an impact driver to loosen stubborn hex headed bolts.

It is nice to have all the different sizes in one convenient tool.

Everybody loses that tiny Allen wrench that comes with an unassembled table or desk. And nobody owns the Torx screwdriver needed to change that simple sensor next to the car's air filter. And, is there anything more annoying that that miniscule difference between American and Metric tools? This cheap 3-piece hex key set can save the day next time your table leg gets wobbly. Ditto for adding oil to your impact wrench. These keys fold up like a swiss-army knife; so less chance of getting lost. Fit easily into a tool box or kitchen drawer or automobile glove compartment. Makes a wonderful affordable gift.

Broke first time I used them unfortunately

I finally got fed up with hex keys on a ring that always were falling off and in a case where they would never snap back in. This arrangement makes it easy to find the key I want quickly and easily.The sizes are marked in the holder in large clear print that is easily read from a distance, in low light, and at an angle. That is so much better than stamping them into the key. It turns out the sizes are stamped onto all but the smallest keys, and I've never had to rely on that.The handles are perhaps larger than they need to be, making them easy to hold. And while I don't expect the 1.5 mm key would stand up to 60 lbs. of torque, these tools are solid enough to stand up to a lifetime of rigorous use. I can also adjust the tension to control how firmly the handle grips the keys. Either the 4 mm and 5/32" keys can be used to make that adjustment, which means it can be handled using the keys provided.And, as for sizes...SAE: 5/64, 3/32, 7/64, 1/8, 9/64, 5/32, 3/16, 7/32, and 1/4Metric: 1.5mm, 2mm, 2.5mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, and 8mmTorx: T9, T10, T15, T20, T25, T27, T30, and T40
