This suit is very well made but one problem. The UV brightness is horrible, you glow like you're radioactive. Great for Halloween but not so much for deer hunting. If you're out early morning or late evening you don't stand a chance in this suit. Stay away from it until they get this issue fixed.

This suit has served me well throughout our deer season.When it arrived I washed it in a five gallon bucket with some dye and fragrance free detergent, let it dry and then treated it heavily with Atsko UV Killer.I've had deer as close as 5-10 feet away from me that didnt have a clue I was there.I also bought some decorative Fall colored plastic leaves at a local craft store and pinned bunches of two or three of the leaves together on large safety pins.Adding a few of these to the suit really helps it blend in once the trees and vegetation start displaying Fall and winter colors.

I use this suit to stalk deer in the thick PA woods. I initially purchased the ultralight version but, I returned it for this model due to the heavier backing for the jacket and pants. It also has side zips for putting on the pants with boots on. The jacket and pants also have some giant pockets which I found useful. The material is light and silent. It blends well with my environment and it is very cost effective for what you get. This is one of those products where you actually get your monies worth.I do not purposely abuse my gear but, I also do not baby it. That being said, I've used this suit for over 60 hours of actual use time. During those 60 hours I have crept through the thickest and nastiest brushes where most would not go, I've crawled through rough terrain, been through every weather condition besides snow and the suit has held up better than expected. I also like the fact that I can wear "regular" outdoors clothing underneath this suit so I don't have to be in camo all day. The hood is large enough so I can wear any and all headwear I wish without worrying about coverage.I also immediately replace this with the same one again if I destroyed it.

Good quality material and easy to modify to suit your area!! As you can see I've added a bit of artificial leaves and grass but I feel it really gives a whole new level to the suit!!

A good value for $80 for what you get.XXL SIZE: I'm 6ft 5in and 190lbs with a basketball player build. The sleeves are about 35 inches long, I wish they were 36 or even 37 inches. There is elastic at the jacket bottom so it holds flat against my stomach yet a heavier man could also wear it, I would say up to 250lbs without discomfort.The pants were about 35 inches long and since I wear very high boots the length did not matter to me. But overall the length is generous. The pants have an elastic waist that I feel can handle anyone with a 35 inch to 44 inch waist with no problem.The material is durable, not the cheap mesh I have bought before.The zippers are decent and not cheap.HOW TO MAKE THIS PRODUCT GREAT:- Put some pockets on the pants.- Put some belt loops on the pants.- Double the amount of leafs on the jacket and pants.This is a real good product that could be even better, but it comes recommended right now.I received nothing free or discounted and I don't own or work for the company....Savannah WILL

This is the best warm weather Gillie suit I've ever had. Although it is a bit warm, the features are almost all there while others usually have none or fewer of the key features. This North Mountain Gillie has nice large pockets in the pants although no pass-through - need both. It has nice large hand-level pockets in the jacket but could benefit by adding a breast pocket for my slate call and other stuff you need right there in easy reach with minimal motion. The pants have zippers on the leg bottom for easy on/off over boots - a really fantastic feature! These features should be featured right up front in the product description - people will buy based on these, at least people that have used gillie suites before and know what you need to be effective in them. I'd rate this product as the best of breed but urge the manufacturer to add the pass-though in the pants and the breast pocket in the top.

Very nice product awesome design. But I'm 6'4 got the 2xl and the pants where huge but at least i could use the draw the draw string to tighten it up. As far as the jacket goes it was a snug fit. I wished it had more elastic on bottom. And the draw string feature would've been nice on the jacket . Overall pleased. Just wished the jacket was bigger or had an option for a 3x jacket. It would be really nice to pick and choose the size pants and jacket that you desire. Example for me XL pants and a 3X jacket would be perfect.

Great quality. The leafy suit is far nicer than bass pro or any other I have seen. Heavier duty mesh material with large zippers. It is worth the money.

サイズは大き目なので1番小さいラージサイズがオススメ。メッシュ構造だがジオライン等の保温下着を着ていれば真冬の関東で問題なく運用出来る。そのままだとヒラヒラの裏地が目立つのでみやこ染のコールダイホットと濃色促進剤を使って染色することを強く推奨する(追記　ポリエステルダイの方が鮮やかに染まるので濃く染めたければそちらを勧める) コツは90℃以上で煮ること。付属品の袋でまずは試すと良い。茶色なので溶け込める時期は11月〜3月頃だと思われる。追記　何回か使ってみたが洗濯後の乾きが早いようだ。それとくっつき虫等を取るのに手間がかかる。　また夏になり染めたグリーンの商品を使ってみて難点が見つかった。一つ目は通気性が悪くてとてもじゃないが真夏に上着は着られない。次に生地に黒い柄が入っているが、これが浮いてしまう。ブラウンはそれ程気にならないがグリーンを染めた場合は特に目立つ。なので各種布染めスプレーを用いて塗り潰す必要がある　また、染める時は黄色も混ぜ、薄く染めて確認した方が良い。緑が濃いと暗くなり写真のように目立ってしまう。こうなると修正が難しい(一応ポリエステルダイのイエローを用いて多少明るくすることは出来た)まとめると、ブラウンは染色して気軽に使えるがグリーンはそのままでも下手に染めると植生に合わずかえって見つかり易くなる。使える場所も限られてくるので購入は慎重にした方が良いだろう。

初夏フィールドで使用。色味的には枯れ葉や落ち葉に近いので新緑の中では伏せた方が消えます。というか味方すら気付かないレベルのカモフラ効果。敵で居たら厄介な程度にはなります。素材はメッシュと言いつつも通気性はそこまで良くはないです。インナーをできるだけ薄着にすればそこまで暑くは無いです。そもそもこれなら至近距離で打たれでもしない限り痛くもないです。つまりゾンビ注意。フィールド内では確実に消えますが、セーフティ内ではクッソ目立つので恥ずかしがり屋さんはご注意を
