I purchased this product specifically based on their QA where someone asked about Disney+ compatibility. The seller clearly stated that it works but I tired downloading from GooglePlay sote but it is not listed as a compatible app and the couple of sites they recommended and it does not work no matter what I did. It kept saying the app was not installed and once installed would not launch the app. If no one contacts me from their support to let me know why they said it works I will be returning it. I bought this as a replacement to an older system and it is no different in terms of compatibility. If Disney+ is not a big deal for you then it is a good product

This compact little unit packs quite a punch. It turned my tv into a smart TV. I play my videos off of this and it handles it no problems. Because it's Android the navigation and function have no learning curve since it's straight forward to use and is similar to my phone. The boot up is fast and the interface is streamlined. I was able to plug and play without any issues. Having a physical RJ45 connector is necessary for me since I don't want to stream my shows through wifi. I was able to watch 4k, h.265, h.264, xvid videos without a hitch. The remote is basic and functional but definitely hook up a wireless mouse/keyboard or a different interface if you want to do anything more than navigating up/down/left/right and select/back. Using the remote to control the pointer is a pain since you just get 4 directional buttons. Otherwise if you're simply scrolling through icons, the buttons work fine. Typing is also a challenge since there is no keyboard. The advanced OS and all the various app capabilities means a keyboard and mouse are optimal interfaces. If you stick with simple apps such as Kodi to watch shows, tv and movies the remote works perfectly fine.With android the possibilities are endless. Installing games to niche software all work. I like the fact that the seller is available to answer any questions and seems quite knowledgeable. I tried out some of the recommendations and the software works well. This tv box had some apps but not a lot which is great. I don't like bloatware even if it doesn't run constantly.

I had a problem downloading some apps but one I googled a few questions everything fell into place. I guess I could have contacted support but that is always my last resort. I like the large storage space. The remote could be better but my $200 box isn't that good and with less storage. All in all I would recommend buying this Android box. I'm still learning and playing with it but it is a good purchase. Don't ask me any technical questions about it because I don't have any answers

Just like cell phones, Android boxes get outdated. This is due mostly to Ram and Rom memory either becoming cheap to produce or added for larger Android OS programs or apps being used.That, along with maybe a higher CPU, Is what drives these devices to become more better than its predecessor. For me, my 5 year old Android box was just a tad bit slower, and I couldn't seem to get it updated with using a ethernet network switch. So I simply ordered this one and was amazed at its speed compared to my older one. It was though a tad bit more expensive than my 30 dollar old one,But hey, it was worth upgrading so I can watch shows such as Netflix or prime on my tv.

Tried 3 sets of batteries (AAA). The remote would operate intermittently then the operating system would not connect to the Android software. There was an option to "retry" to connect , but the remote was useless. The Instructions are pretty much useless as well, typical for stuff from China. The one good thing is that it didn't work from the very beginning and there was no problem returning this to Amazon.

It thinks it's a pixel phone and it has lots of bugs on top of it. When trying to use my streaming service (AT&T TV) it keeps overriding location services which breaks the app. The interface is ugly. My applications are impossible to navigate when trying to use becausethey expect touch screen navigation not cursor...My Firestick and Roku are 1000x better to use. Will try a different Android boxbut this is a case of you get what you pay for.... cheap box cheap quality.

The package arrived opened, poor! It did not function properly at all. It also became very hot in just a few minutes. The remote was also very troublesome, it only worked when the TV box was rebooted and then it was some timey. Overall, very poorly crafted item or it was damaged and sent to me by mistake.

The setup is kind of janky with the remote, but is really good once completed. Ease of use that you would expect from a google OS. The only thing I'm not sure if I like, is that it is running the same OS as the Google pixel. I don't know if that is a good or bad thing yet. However, it has a great picture on my TV, and runs smooth.

The media could not be loaded.  Nunca he tenido un android TV pero la verdad que con este creo que he dado en el clavo!Muy sencillo de configurar y una vez das de alta tu WiFi o lo conectas al cable ethernet, ya solo tienes que meter tu log de Netflix, Amazon Video y demás y a empezar a disfrutar. Vienen preinstaladas!!Kodi también con varios add ons preinstalados también! Pero todas para VO.No tienes que estar perdiendo el tiempo buscando como se instalan y demás! Sencillamente genial!!El mando va muy bien, tiene un botón que cambia a modo puntero de ratón, que viene muy bien.De todas formas puedes conectar cualquier ratón y/o teclado bluetooh.La calidad de imagen es muy buena, no lo he probado en TV de 4K por que no tengo pero seguro que la calidad es genial también!La verdad que por ahora no puedo poner ninguna pega, un 10!

The media could not be loaded.  En mi casa somos mucho de ver series, películas y para mí, los partidos de la liga. Tengo otros tv box más antiguos que van bien pero siempre salen cosas nuevas como este tv box de 4Gb de RAM y 64 GB de ROM. En cuanto lo instale y configuré le metí las aplicaciones que utilizo para ver mis canales, series y películas y he de decir que es impresionante. La velocidad es espectacular. No se corta la imagen ni se para en ningún momento. Con respecto a la capacidad para poder instalar aplicaciones no te hace falta ninguna tarjeta, disco duro, pen drive adicional, ya que con esta capacidad te sobra por muchas aplicaciones que quieras meter.Otra cosa que me gusta es que la caja es muy pequeña y no ocupa nada de espacio y a la vez otra cosa muy importante que por que sea pequeña puedes pensar que se calienta mucho. Pues nada de nada. Hay días que la tengo todo el día conectada y va de vicio.A parte le acoplé un teclado que te ayuda mucho a lo hora de tener que teclear para buscar películas.Todavía no lo he hecho pero se puede instalar juegos y puedes jugar con mandos compatibles parecidos a lo de la play.Esta no será mi última caja tv box que compre.Compra recomendable al 100%.

Lo único bueno que puedo decir del aparato es que es pequeño y manejable, y que, a simple vista, la conexión parece rápida, pero por todo lo demás, es una desilusión. Hace que te plantees si las valoraciones del producto son reales o compradas de alguna manera, porque la realidad del producto deja mucho que desear, siendo más caro que otros con las mismas características.Para empezar, el mando es de juguete, lento para moverte por la pantalla, hay opción de cursor, pero inhabilita algunas opciones de los menús ya que al llegar al final de la pantalla no puedes seguir bajando con él para seleccionar aquellas opciones que quedan por debajo, tendría que cambiar el modo del mando, bajar de otra forma, y seleccionar entonces. Indican que se pueden añadir teclado y ratón, tanto por usb como por Bluetooth. Yo no soy informática ni ingeniera, pero tampoco creo que para algo de este tipo hace falta serlo... Después de perder unas horas, no he podido conseguirlo de ninguna de las maneras, ya que el aparato no te da la clave para emparejar, te sale un mensaje diciendo "introduzca el código, pero no te indica cuál es el código, lo cual hace imposible la tarea de vinculación. Destacar que estos dos dispositivos funcionan a la perfección cuando los conecto en casa a otros aparatos.Es imposible meter contraseñas y demás en ciertas aplicaciones ya que no aparece la opción de teclado (alucinante!), solo puedes introducir caracteres a través del mando, el cual solo tiene números.En fin hay un par de cositas más pero ya he perdido demasiado tiempo de mi vida con este trasto. Espero que os lo penséis bien antes de adquirir este producto. Saludos.

Tiene buena capacidad y la instalación es sencilla. Problema: la navegación por ejemplo para Prime video no es nada fluida. Muchísimo mejor para esto el fire stock. Además la app de Orange para android tv (aparte de que sea mala), no funciona correctamente. Netflix va mejor. Total, en general no me ha convencido

Al principio funcionaba perfecta entraba en el navegador y podía ver sin problemas las peliculas, pero a medida que lo iba usando más cada vez se queda mas trabado y es imposible poder manejarlo tengo que reiniciarlo cada vez que se pone así.
