It worked perfectly as soon as the batteries were inserted. There were no issues, no thinking required, and no pairing necessary. It just worked on the spot. I loved it!

Worked out the box.
I do like the remotes that came. One of the two failed in the first 6 months. Nice to have two for our family. One remote failed but customer service is issuing refund.

excellent drop in for broken TV Remote. No issues. In expensive enough to replace easily when wheel becomes unreliable.

Worked right away
I ordered this as a replacement for a controller that got lost during a move. We put batteries in and it worked right away. Button layout is almost identical to the previous controller, which is a plus. We didn’t need anything super fancy, this one even has more than what we’ll use, so for people that need or want a bit more than a super basic remote, that’s probably a positive aspect. Compared to other controllers and not needing anything really fancy the price was very reasonable.

Okay replacement, not as durable as OEM
I bought this remote to replace a broken one. It’s a bit more basic than what we had originally, but all the basic functions are there. Buttons were a bit stiff, however. We’ve had this remote for a couple years, and now the power button stopped working. For the price it wasn’t a total loss, I guess.
