The sounds were loud but the headphones were easy to drop a call and when using them to talk on the phone the reception for the other party was not quite clear.

Great headphones. Comfortable. Awesome sound. Secure. The charging case seems somewhat cheaply made and not sure why there is a mirror but it works so I'm happy :)

I missed the return window by 1 day. Do not buy these. First, one of the earbuds constantly falls out despite changing the size of the cover thats inside. And every time you try to push it back in it hangs up on your phone call, I hung up on Someone 10 times. But the biggest problem was if I ever tried to talk to someone they could barely hear me the people who I would call said that it sounded like I was very far away and it was muffled. I am pretty bummed that I missed the return window by 1 day and with all of this covid chaos you would think that they would be willing to be a little flexible.

Update: The seller reached out and went through all the information on how to use the product and what can and cannot be done. They were very transparent. Even though the product isn't perfect, for the price and customer service that is provided by the company, I have no worries ordering more from them in the future.For earbuds that are "off-brand," these actually produce fairly decent sound. The issue that I have is that when I'm only using a single bud, only the right one works with the case closed. When attempting the single pairing for left buds, it will not register the moment the case is closed (since it pairs with the right and it assumes if the right is charging, the left should be charging too). Also, on occasion, when the left earbud will go out (when both earbuds are being used) and you have to tap the left earbuds a few times so that it registers. Overall, not bad for off-brand earbuds, but for the price, you can probably get something better from Anker or Aukey that seems less buggy.

Returned. really didn't work. The Bluetooth connection wasn't always avaliable. Left side earpiece was worse than right side earpiece. It wouldn't charge or connect. Reset everytime to connect both pieces.The person on the other side want able to hear. Lag, echo in sound.It probably a good thing for listening to music, but not a communication device.

Had a problem with the first pair. Seller replaced rite away. New pair sounds great. Hd audio is crisp with plenty of bass. Auto pairing is simple and the case will charge them multiple times. They are very comfortable to wear for long periods, and have a couple different sized tips.

Wasn’t happy about this purchase at all. Both headphones don’t work at the same time. Not good quality wise. Too thin.
