Excellent customer service after original delivery was damaged.Easy to assemble (husband said so anyway) seems pretty sturdy as we are both chonkers and nothing broke, handlebars are a little loose in the frame and I'm dubious about the quality of the little monitor but overall I am really happy with it and can't wait to shift some of the isolation chub I have going on.

Purchased this bike the day after lockdown closed my local gym. I typically do three spinning classes a week and didn’t want to loose my fitness.The bike arrived in about a week which was good given the freshly announced lockdown. The instructions were reasonable and the bike easily assembled.The bike itself is good value for money at £230 and will hopefully see me through this lockdown period. It is not as robust as your typical studio bike but i think this is reflected in the price.We have been using the bike now for about six weeks and i am happy with my purchase.I must also mention the supplier who offered fantastic customer support in dealing with an issue I encountered with one of the pedals. Their communication and after sales support was top notch.

Clear instructions . When standing the bike feels a little unsturdy . The counter is abit cheap looking . Bike does not feel the same as a gym spinning bike . This is my first spin bike . I would rather spent more money to get a better quality bike

The media could not be loaded.  I have been really happy with the product and even recommend it to friendsBut after 4 months a strange disturbing noise started. I have written to Amazon customer service that advised me to get in touch with the seller providing me with an email address.However 2 attempts already within 1 month and NO ANSWER - I am really not impressed.Can someone assist, please?

Great bike for money spent , only fault so far is one of the handle bar padding’s arrived damaged with a cut and that will only get worse .

Arrived sooner than quoted. Easy to assemble. Good exercise bike with clear display panel. Good replacement to use at home until the gyms reopen.

The bike was easy to assemble, light to move around the house. It is a little unsturdy, especially when standing/climb. However for the price it’s a good buy.

The bike was easy to assemble with good instructions. I am using it for 20 minutes plus a day. The screen is easy to read and gives all the information you need. A very good product which is a Godsend when facing lockdown due to the corona virus.
