Comes with EU/CH power cord
The amp works as expected (usual challenges to add the device to the app but that’s just the beauty of Sonos) and so far works great with a pair of Kef 3 meta. What I don’t understand is why is it shipped with EU/CH power cord?? Pretty annoying and using an adapter isn’t the greatest as the plug can come off easily or make poor contact. If the vendor is reading this, I would be happy to get a UK power cord!

A great amp for music but-
Would not connect to my new LG 42 oled tv via hdmi arc despite spending hours following all the suggested fixes online. It seems I am not alone with this fault. When will the industry introduce a common standard for hdmi arc so that all these devices are reliably compatible? However this amp was outstanding when used for it's primary purpose of playing music from store or streaming sites linked to a pair of Cambridge S30 bookshelf speakers and Sonos sub mini. The excellent Majority Snowdon soundbar actually proved a better match for the TV.

Look before you leap.
Sonos has just declared a number of its products legacy (Google it) and there is no guarantee this won't be left unsupported 5 years down the line. My advice is to wait until May when Sonos has sorted out the issue and make a decision whether to risk nearly £600 on a piece of kit that may be a doorstop in 2025.

Sonos - Rip off Merchants
This should be zero stars as Sonos are ripping of their customers by declaring some of their items as legacy products. This firm always said their products were upgradable and almost future proof- palpably this is not the case - Shame on you Sonos

Waste of money ....
Bought from Sonos direct. This gen 2 model is a massive downgrade. Sound quality is meh at best. A £200-300 Marantz amp (or similar) will outperform this at every level. Worse still, the subwoofer output is flawed (google Sonos amp subwoofer output issues). There is almost nothing from this output. Sonos are blaming 3rd party subwoofers even though they work perfectly with other amps. The first awful sonos product in my opinion.
