Excellent Dijon mustard.

If i could only have one mustard in the world, Edmond Fallot Dijon Mustard would be it. The more popular brands of Dijon taste pale in comparison. Pure mustard flavor is at the forefront, with nary a sense of fillers and just the right amount of heat. The texture is smooth and creamy. Honestly, it is better that yellow mustard for potato salad, better than English mustard with a pork pie, better than brown deli mustard for a sandwich. I’ve even used it to dip egg rolls into when I don’t have the hot Chinese mustard. You’ll pay more for Edmond Fallot, but it packs a lot of flavor and versitility into every spoonful, so I think it is great quality for the money.

Edmond Fallot mustards are simply the best. Several years ago, my wife and I discovered this terrific product during our travels throughout France. We were very pleased to find this excellent mustard in specialty shops in America... and now on Amazon. The several flavors available are all marvelous -- a rich and elegant taste and texture with a wonderfully clean finish. All of these mustards are beautifully made and add a welcome lift to a variety of dishes and cuisines (it is difficult to pick a favorite flavor). There are a few high-end mustards available in this country and some are quite good. However, the Edmond Fallot product is rather special and brings back many fond memories of France. These yummy mustards put a smile on our faces every time. Try them yourself... you'll be glad you did.

This is the best, true, Dijon mustard we’ve ever had. Complex flavors and a slight bite. No sweetness. Great for so many things; all we buy now.

This is truly great Made in France dijon mustard. I've tried dijon mustard from other countries and it's just not the same. It's a bit pricey, but I think it is worth it.

Best dijon mustard! Problem is in the shipping. Ordered twice because the first shipment was smashed and broke open. Received a refund and ordered again. Same issue. In both shipments the glass jars were wrapped in a single layer of bubble wrap and shipped in a plastic envelope. I want the mustard!!

I think this is the best tasting Dijon mustard out there. A little milder than most.
