Good for Travel and Business
This looks very nice and had a good amount of storage for wandering around touring. It was also very comfortable even when full of water and other heavy items. I mostly wore it as a backpack, and I'm not sure that it would look right if you wore it with the shoulder strap because the backpack straps are not removable. I got the large size in black and it can just barely hold my laptop, so I've used it at business trips instead of a laptop bag. The size was true to the measurements listed online.

So pretty and versatile!
I use this backpack for work as a teacher and switch it out for my son’s diaper bag. :) Fits 13” laptop, 8x12 planner, keys, wallet, pen pouch, and a little more! Nice as a diaper bag when I’m with my son and dressed up a little. Also love the zip is on my bag so I feel safe with my laptop or wallet in there. So happy with it! Sturdy and affordable!

So I like it…but…
So i like the bag’s look. It is a great size and looks great. The con’s are that the zipper split the first day so I have to treat it with delicacy. Also, I have a MacBook and if I all the inside pockets are against the front wall of the backpack. It is a rear entry, so my MacBook blocked everything in the backpack. I have to empty it to put my computer in and then wedge it in, and then put stuff in there. I bought it for a conference, so this is a nuisance. This has become my “Saturday carry a few things” bag but is not functional for much else.I love the look and size..just some bigger fundamental challenges.1/20/22 update: the company reached out and did a great job communicating. They sent me another bag and so far, three weeks in, I’ve not had any problems with the zipper. It is a great bag to carry around and although I’d not use it to carry my computer, as an around town bag, it is perfect!! Thanks for reaching out and making it right!

My new go-to bag/backpack!
This is a terrific backpack! I'm glad I opted for the larger size (for reference, I am 5'10"), as it fit everything I needed for my day excursions in Switzerland. The material is soft and durable, and I like how the zipper is on the inside vs. the outside (reduces that chance of someone trying to get into your bag).Yes, the bag is a lil stinky (even after trip) so I will let it sit outside inside out in hopes to remove the last bit of smell.

Love this large size backpack for traveling!
I used my Large backpack for a one week airplane trip, which meets the under seat maximum for my one allowed personal item. I rolled my clothes, had multiple (5-6) outfits, extra pair of shoes and flip flops, travel size items, makeup, small electronics and chargers. My backpack was packed tight but I was able to travel without extra luggage or a carry-on via Allegiant, which saved money. My backpack is black with a white pom pom. I felt super cute wearing it. Even though every square inch was tightly packed, it wasn’t too heavy or uncomfortable for me to wear. Just used it for the one trip so far, but looks brand new and no wear or tear, which is surprising given the fact I stretched the zippers and backpack itself to the max. 😂 As far as the plastic smell many people have mentioned, there was a slight smell like with anything new, i.e.; shoes, etc., but I just sprayed a fair amount of my favorite perfume inside, so now it just smells nice, kind of like having the same effect as a sachet but better. Very happy with this purchase! Hope this helps someone!

WAY Overpriced junk!
I bought this bag to bring on vacation so I could easily carry/access things like my wallet, phone, snacks for the kids, etc… Originally I thought it opened at the top, but it doesn’t. It opens in the back. The zipper opens up like a flap in the bag of the bag and if you’re trying to get an item out, you’ll have to very carefully open the bag while holding it so that the contents don’t spill out all over the place. So, not the best for traveling/convenience as it turned out. However, I could have dealt with that. The real issue is that after just 1 use, the zipper broke and essentially wouldn’t zip up/close fully without popping open at the slightest touch. I figured this out when after zipping the bag and attempting to sling it over my shoulder, all the items in the bag came tumbling out onto the floor. So I had to find a Walmart nearby, found a $17 heavier duty backpack that had much easier access and it took me through my vacation with no trouble. Point being, I paid $45 for junk when I could have spent much less on a much better quality bag. Don’t waste your money.

PERFECT travel bag
Yall, I bought the navy (the gray was beautiful also, but I was trying to be sensible with a darker color). I loved it so much I went back and bought the black, which is a chic alternative to the more casual navy. (I took off the top strap on both, because I didn't need it. I like the option of buying a fun shoulder strap for a different look if I wanted.)I cannot rave enough about this bag. I bought Large for both of them, because I'll primarily use them as travel backpacks. While I don't plan on weighing them down, it's nice to have extra room for any additional purchases and things like that.Went to crowded markets in India and felt so, SO secure. While no one can access the main part of the backpack from the front, the full U shape zip facing your back allows you to easily access the inside of the bag when you need to without taking the whole thing off. I do wish the straps were more supported (another reason I wouldn't weigh it down), but for full-day sightseeing trips, it was perfect! It also looked so "normal" that my husband took turns carrying it and also bragged on it.
