This is a really nice chair. The quality is excellent, and the instructions are easy to follow. I love the heavy cloth texture. The comfort of the chair is excellent, and it is nicely adjustable. On par or even better than the $1500 office chair I have been using. The adjuster for locking the chair into stiff vs boingy reclining mode is a little bit finicky, but fine. There were a couple of holes that were awkward to align when assembling, but I eventually figured them out. The castors were a bit difficult to put onto the bottom - near impossible to press in by hand. (Tip: I used a vice with an old shirt tucked between the grips to prevent scratching, which worked great). Overall, I am really pleased, and will probably order a couple more of these in the future for my other desks.5 stars for the end result, subtracting 1/2 star for the previously mentioned finicky adjuster and the very mildly awkward bits in assembly. I would give this 4.5 stars if that were an option for Amazon reviews, but I round up to 5.

Was dissapointed until. So i ordered the blue chair and received the all black with red stiching and logo. Cintacted customer service, they offered to replace and cover shipping cost. So return and await new chair. Or a refund. So customer service is good and speedy with replying. I wont be sending it back just for a color, that will take over 2 weeks.Chair is good quality. Durable. Unlike others in this price range or highe or cheaper its fabric and not cheap fake leather. The seat is firm, comfy but not extra squishy. Sure it will soften up some over time. The backs of these chairs are nit meant to be soft and cushy however i dont feel the frame cutting into me. So their is the right amount of padding in there to prevent that. I wish the arm rest went up about another 1/2 inch.The packaging was great. The product was undamaged. Building this chair was mostly easy. Attacking the back to the bottom was a little difficult but not terrible.I like it. Sitting in a 269.00 chair hiwever didnt make me say oh wow! Now this is a chair. Its just a chair, with some style. I like it and it will do what a chair is supposed to do.

It's a really nice chair and feels very comfortable to sit up in, lean back, or sink into. It is one of the things I've bought for my apartment that I truly enjoy having, whether I'm in a fast paced racing sim or just sitting down after a long work day.I only have small peeves with the chair which include the armrest tops rotation (it feels like it none of the settings are centered) and the height adjustment of the armrest (its very loose feeling, where there is a moment when the force of your hand overcomes friction and the armrest height jerks in the direction you wanted it to move - its entirely manageable, but noticeable). I also don't like the lumbar support pillow as it just feels like its in an awkward place no matter how I adjust it, but the head pillow is good and I didn't plan on using the lumbar pillow anyways.

This is the most comfortable chair I have ever owned. I am not a gamer, however I edit photos and videos, as well as record music. This does make you feel like you are locked in a race car. Everything is perfectly positioned. I am barely moving to type this review, my head is completely straight, my posture is right, back is correct, etc. Usually I have to lean forward. Since the arm rest tilt inward, you can type while your arms are on the arm rest. You can tilt the chair back more if watching a movie or something and tilt it up straight to type or edit.

I've had this chair for 2 weeks now. I work from home and sit in my chair for at a minimum, eight hours a day. This is the best chair I've owned. I talk very comfortable, not hard at all as I've read from other reviewers. I wouldn't call it plush, but I was sore after sitting in my old chair which was a lot more cushy to the touch. This is a good all day working chair. I do have to say thoug, I wish it were a little bigger. I'm 6'2" and about 200 pounds, if I were even an inch bigger I'd probably not like it as much. I couldn't afford the larger size though, and I can't knock this one for what I already knew going in since it's such a well built chair. I don't expect I'll be replacing it any time soon

This chair is amazing, it's really comfortable. I just really have two problems with it. When I lean back and and move left to right it creeks a little. But to me that's not a big deal. Also the arm rests move left or right easily. Which again not a huge deal to me wish they had a lock on it though. But overall great chair can't go wrong. The longest I sat in it was 3-4 hours and I was still comfortable. I'm 5'9" and 165lbs and it fits me well. Hope this helps a lot. :)

This is my first chair, so I have nothing bad to say. I did a lot of research to narrow down my purchase choice to this chair. It is everything that I wanted in a chair.

I got my chair a day early which was pretty cool. The chair it self is very comfortable and I love it switching from an old non swivel chair. Putting it together was the only hard part but it wasn't too too hard. I was going for this one or the DXracer and I chose this one because it was a bit cheaper and met the weight requirement for my needs I'm 210lb.
