Okay they’re not actually slimy. But the taste is bad. Not intolerable. Worth it for the benefits. But the first thing that came to mind when I took the first one was that scene in the lion king where simba eats a huge caterpillar or bug of some sort, and his facial expression is that he is all grossed out by the concept of eating it and the actual taste of it... but then his face changes to pleasantly surprised as he realizes that it staved off his hunger.These are the only b complex dissolvable vitamins that I have found that contain everything I need. I searched for hours and I found one that had everything but no folate, then another that had everything but not enough of one or two active ingredients. I was happy to find these and I would probably still take them even if they tasted like total crap because they have everything I’ve been looking for. But, they actually do not taste like total crap. There is an unidentifiable mild gross taste, but it is mixed with a very pleasant strawberry taste in attempts to make it more tolerable I’m sure. And it works to actually make it cover the weird/gross taste up a little bit. All in all, I can bare the taste and will continue to do so; daily, with gratitude. Why? Because I live in a country where I have the means and access to simply order essential nutrients for my body, and have them magically appear on my doorstep within a day or two. When there are so many countries and so many people in the world that are starving and lacking vital nutrients, even lacking clean water, or water at all. And here I am in my nice air conditioned home, not having to leave the comfort of it to have something delivered to my doorstep that has the ability to make me healthier. That being said,I definitely don’t want to be an “ungrateful, arrogant American”, complaining about such petty first world problems, like how something that I am blessed to have access to- FOR MY HEALTH- doesn’t taste like frosting or whipped cream.

Update- I'm changing my review to factor in this company's awesome customer service. They refunded my order since it didn't work for me, it caused major "Niacin Flush" which is extremely uncomfortable (but not everyone is so sensitive to Niacin as I understand).I was very disappointed though, this product has the better quality "Methyl" type Folate and B-12, the only type my body can use due to MTHFR and the taste wasn't bad (I take so many pills already too so i was excited that this was an ez melt). But....the severe niacin flush means I can't take it.If they were to change their formula to the "Flush-Free type Niacin"...I would definitely purchase this product again.

Great absorption, flavor is good. Doesn't upset my stomach. And my bloodwork test results prove that this product delivers highly-absorbant, quality B multi vitamin. Also, my grandkids happily take this vitamin and don't spit it out. It melts easily, and has a pleasant taste.

Not a Taste Sensation exactly, but a good quality supplement. Dissolves easily, tastes like chewable tylenol. I use half of one due to the high doses in each tablet. Good price and good quality.

I absolutely love these. I am on heartburn medicine that eventually can cause a deficiency in vitamin b. I never really realized it until I started taking these. I cannot absorb vitamin b through my stomach so I have to find either drops or melts under my tongue to be absorbed through my blood. I am so happy with these. I definitely definitely have notice a huge difference. My attitude is definitely way more upbeat, my energy is up and I feel so much better. Everytime I stop taking them for weeks I notice a big difference. I am just tired and feel down. I never would've thought vitamins can effect my attitude so much. I am so happy with the results I have tried some of the other vitamin b melts for this company but this particular one was life changing in my opinion. I cannot express how much better I feel when I take these. Not that the other vitamin b doesn't work I just don't think that it is a efficient. I highly recommend and will continue to purchase this bottle from here on out.
