That self-limiting aspect of the Pepper Jack is helpful because the texture of Moon Cheese can be deceptive. I've eaten it for years. It's so hard to find in stores now, so this is my go-to. I love the giant bags. While on the surface, it seems expensive, have you *seen* the price of cheese? I make my own cheese snacks with various meats and spices and it costs me so much to make mine. I have no problem paying what this costs. It's a giant bag, equivalent to several small bags. I do wish the other flavors, like the pizza one, were available as large bags. I love the cheddar, the pepper jack is good, not a huge fan of the gouda because it's so neutral, it doesn't really taste like much of anything. What I have found that's delicious is sprinkling some ranch dressing mix onto it and shaking it up. Then it's like cheddar-ranch. I've done the same with buffalo seasoning and ranch and that's *really* good. I imagine the gouda would work well for this mod since it is so neutral. I have some honey-mustard seasoning... maybe a bag of gouda will make its way here. Overall, this is just a really good product. I eat low-carb and that can really make one miss the crunchy, chippy snack things so this is a great way to get the texture I crave with the low carb I need. Always good quality, always fresh, a good value, no complaints except wishing for more flavors in the big bags. The little bags do get quite expensive if bought separately.

Great product and for a keto friendly fat/ protein “bomb” they are fantastic value for what you get in the ONE pack as clearly described in description as to what you will get. Anyone who say misleading via picture is misinformed and should read the product bio words and also search for keto products which are same size in weight but twice the price ! Really quite tasty exactly as described and allowed 14 pieces as a serving which are satisfying and terribly moreish. I purchased one pack at first but I have immediately gone to Re order 5 more packs as my perfect snack in ketosis.
