Every order is shipped as a collection of 2m (± 1%) long pieces.

Every size and variant has a maximum length that can be inserted into one box.

Delivery price is fixed for every box ordered.

Processing and delivery will take 3 to 5 working days.

We dispatch the items as soon as possible!

Goods Damaged in Transit Please inspect your goods upon receipt of delivery. If they are damaged and require a signature by the courier please sign for them as damaged and contact us immediately. Shortages or damages must be notified to us within 3 days of receipt of your order. Upon receiving our goods back we will either dispatch a replacement item or issue a full refund, whichever is your preference. Returns Process: 1. You may return any items which are damaged, faulty or unwanted. 2. Please notify us of your intention to return an item within 14 days of delivery and have the item returned to us no later than 14 days for a full refund. 3. Afterwards, please re-package the items safely and appropriately for transit and include a note stating the reason for return. 4. All items are returned at your own risk. In the event of a returned item being lost we will require proof of postage. Please keep any postage receipts or post via recorded delivery to avoid any problems.
