Can the original stand be used while in the case?

No, it snaps into a plastic tray. Don’t use with the i7 version surface, there are no holes for the fan output and it will overheat.

Can this product be used with Surface Pro 4?

I’m using one with a Surface Pro 4. It fits perfectly. The only issue is the fans inside the SP4. To solve this I’ve placed a piece of paper between the Surface Pro and the plastic casing as it was vibrating and needed a buffer between the device and the case. Apart from that one little issue it’s perfect and does the job brilliantly for my SP4 and allows me to use it on my lap, in a way which was tricky with the surface Pro and it’s built in kickstand.

Can it be folded with the keyboard attached to it?

Yes. It can be folded forward to close the cover/folio with the keyboard or fold it backwards as in tablet mode with the keyboard.

Does the tablet overheat using this case?
